Absolutely adore their matcha products and the new lucky milk soft serve has brought back a lot of childhood memories. Spend $20 you’ll get a red envelope for the Chinese new year

We passed by this popular store front with lots of people enjoying their treats and decided to get one ourselves.
The waiting line for the kiosk was longer than the delivery of the ice cream itself. The ice cream was fairly creamy and cold. The cone was crunchy as desired.
Matcha taste was a tad bit strong, but good for acquired taste.

Solid taiyaki. Both the red bean and custard
Matcha Cafe Maiko delivered in every aspect!!
I had heard good things about this establishment, and they most certainly did NOT let me down!
We stopped by the mall they're located within specifically to visit them, and I found the experience to be wonderful!
First off, ordering at the kiosks was extremely easy, and despite the large amount of people, they had our drinks that had been ordered ready in no time at all!
My Matcha Latte with Sakura Foam was absolutely perfect in the sense that it was subtly sweet with nothing being too overpowering - I loved the slight fruity hints and the great quality to the matcha.
My partner wanted the soft serve Matcha, which he found to be thoroughly enjoyable.
It's in a mall, but the venue itself is very clean and easy to access.
Regardless, I highly recommend this spot for giving a try!

Looking at the reviews I was excited to try this place so I just went here for the first time on New Year’s Eve but it was a terrible experience! No one was attentive and one of the workers had attitude and literally ignored me when I was ready to order. That’s her in the picture. She was all ears to the Asian people though. Not surprised! There was only one girl who seemed sweet. I had a question and she helped me right away. The swirl wasn’t sweet at all nor was it as pretty as I thought it would look, I added the waffle part btw so not sure what the hype is about. Definitely never going back. At least some people had a good experience but not recommending to my friends who wanted to try it out.

Best Matcha in Flushing. The flavor and texture (soft serve) are 10/10. I go here whenever I get the chance. However, having been a regular for several years now, I can’t help but feel like the portions or the cups are getting smaller and smaller. I just can’t prove it.

We wanted bingsu, and when we saw they had shaved ice, we hoped it would satisfy the craving. Nope. We ordered the strawberry shaved ice, and it was literally just shaved ice with a little strawberry syrup and two mochi decorations on top. It tasted like plain ice. We each took one scoop before throwing it away. A total waste of $9.

High quality and flavorful matcha offerings. Especially love the soft serve and matcha latte with matcha jelly. Pick a lower sweetness level to really enjoy the matcha flavors 🥰

Amazing first impressions. Ordered a Matcha iced latte with 50% ice and 75% sugar. The drink was phenomenal although quite sweet so if you want it less sweet I suggest less than 75%. Quality of matcha was amazing literally every sip tasted better than the next. I’m from Canada and haven’t had matcha drinks this high quality and they do not skimp out on the matcha portions too! Yes it was slightly expensive but I believe you got what you paid for. Highly recommend if you love strong matcha flavours.

The Hojicha and Peach Oolong Swirl is extremely good! It’s perfect if you don’t like any bitter tea taste. The flavors blend together like a Peach Oolong milk tea that isn’t too sweet. I personally really enjoyed the Hojicha flavor, so I’ll probably get that on its own next time. I’ve liked almost all the limited flavors Maiko Matcha offers, and many of them taste even better than their matcha flavors. I would definitely get it more often if it cheaper, $9 for ice cream is still quite expensive.
