I would rather go to the location in Manhattan. Customer service is nonexistent here. The cashier is always frustrated and looks at you with a nasty look, like sheesh what did I do wrong.

A whole bunch of teens hanging out, talking to their friends instead of serving the customers. Some staff are super friendly (the ones that make the soft serves) and some are very rude at the front.

~¥10, pretty expensive for me.Recommend you order the matcha ice cream only, not the bingsu.

Definitely come here and get the ice cream. Wait was pretty long around 20 minutes but was worth it for the ice cream. I got the strawberry + matcha and it came out so creamy and tasty, not too sweet. Seating is available downstairs in the mall.Parking: Tangram parking lot paid or if you get lucky street parking in flushing.

The menu at this dessert spot is a treasure trove of options, ranging from tantalizing ice cream treats to refreshing drinks, with some delicious combinations of both. Despite the lengthy wait times to order and receive my items, which are to be expected given the place's immense popularity, every bite and sip was worth it. Each item I tried was simply delightful, making the anticipation and wait well worth the flavorful reward.

I’m only giving this a lower rating because it’s always CRAZY here! The line is insane and the service isn’t as friendly and personal as the one in Manhattan Chinatown. The soft serves are still amazing and still my favorite place but I prefer the Manhattan location.

$9 for a soft serve!! A little pricey but super cute and love the ube matcha flavors.Tried seasonal Sakura soft serve but not impressed, just sweet not much of a flavor.Like ube and matcha have a distinct flavor.Loved those cute lucky cats on display

Customer service could use some work. There was a boy and two girls working. No one making any food/drink, failed to greet. Their soft serves are great but their matcha drinks are questionable. Surprising because this is a matcha place. Grainy and not the best.

Gorgeous presentation. Got the limited cherry blossom x peach swirl. Ice cream itself is not too sweet but that parfait is 72 g of sugar all together. The pudding was 10/10, not too sweet! Going to pick up more puddings next time.

Peach oolong is back!! yessyesyesyesAlso, this location includes the powder toppings while others don't, if that's something you're looking for. Peach oolong is creamier here than the Manhattan Chinatown location btw.

The girl working register at 12:30pm March 16 today was extremely rude. And didn’t seem to know how to work a credit card machine. Please have better staff greet customers. It was not busy. We were only ppl at the stall at the time.

Located within the vibrant Tangram Mall in Flushing, Queens, Maiko Matcha is a haven for matcha enthusiasts and dessert aficionados alike. With its unwavering commitment to quality and a passion for Japanese culinary traditions, Maiko Matcha promises an unforgettable taste experience that transcends expectations.During my recent visit to Maiko Matcha, I was instantly captivated by the serene ambiance and inviting aroma of freshly brewed matcha. As someone who typically isn't a matcha aficionado, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality and nuanced flavor profile of their matcha offerings. Each sip was a symphony of delicate flavors, perfectly balanced and exquisitely crafted to delight the senses. In addition to their exceptional matcha beverages, Maiko Matcha offers a tantalizing array of desserts that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. We indulged in their Strawberry Soft Serve, a refreshing treat that boasted the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess, leaving us craving more with each spoonful. One of the highlights of our visit was the Mochi Waffle, a delightful fusion of Japanese and Western culinary influences.

Come here because of its reputation, the ice cream is delicious. But his good mood was shattered by a female shop assistant. On the evening of March 8th, when it was my turn to order food, there was a woman wearing white pearl pendant earrings (the other two beauties did not have such earrings, and their service attitude was also very good) but she had not spoken yet. When he was only one meter away, he rolled his eyes at me, sighed, and walked away. Then I continued to watch the big screen, and she came over and continued to greet me with a roll of her eyes. During the conversation, she rolled her eyes again. The beginning was already asking about a certain cone, and she deliberately guided me to the option of ice cream, smoothie, and coffee, and formally placed an order. When I said it was a cone again, she responded with a deliberately instructive reply, "Do you want a certain ice cream coffee smoothie?" After being corrected, she rolled her eyes and walked away (there is only one female employee of yours who loves to roll her eyes). Judging from the comments below, this problem seems to have been around for a long time. I can't help but wonder: Is she the boss's wife? Or is it difficult for this store to hire qualified waiters? I'll just buy a cone. Although it won't make you any money, I'm not so cheap that I like to spend money on resentment. The psychology of all guests also requires the most basic respect. If you go out to spend money, unless the attitude of the waiter is particularly bad, just treat it as invisible. After all, life and work are not easy for everyone. It’s a bit too long to actually look at other people’s admiration and roll your eyes 4 to 5 times in one minute of ordering time, isn’t it? And it is estimated that many people came here because of her reputation as a casual and aggressive customer, and many were scared away before ordering. Regular customers who wanted to come back did not dare to approach her when they saw her. It is recommended that the owner find some reliable friends who are unknown to all the employees. Pretending to be a guest when ordering food, rolling his eyes and having a bad attitude are stubborn habits that cannot be changed. If a stranger observes them for a while, they will definitely reveal their flaws.
