Came here for lunch with my parents and my kids. Ordered jjajjangmyun, jjambong, tonkatsu, tangsuyuk, mandoo, bokeumbop. They have good lunch special sets so that you can share family style.
My family and I ordered the black bean noodles, spicy seafood noodle soup, and sweet sour pork. The noodles were very chewy, but the black bean sauce was a little salty. The sweet and sour pork was crispy but there wasn't too much meat inside. The waitresses also kept confusing the orders as they were serving. Overall, the price was a little expensive but the experience wasn't too bad.

New York Ban Jum is a restaurant that offers a variety of Korean dishes, including jjajangmyun, jjamppong, and gan pung gi. The food is highly praised for its delicious taste and satisfying experience. The seafood jjampong, featuring spicy hand-pulled noodles in a rich broth, has been noted as one of the best, with a good roasted flavor. The Jiam Jja Myun, a combo of jja jang nyum and jjamppong, is also a popular choice, along with the recommended fried chicken with spicy garlic sauce and the tang su yuk, which is fresh and not too fatty. The service is quick, friendly and efficient, even for larger groups, and the atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. Prices are reasonable, with a meal for multiple dishes costing around $87. Overall, New York Ban Jum is a hidden gem for anyone craving delicious Korean-Chinese food, and customers are eager to return to try more dishes.
