Matcha latte was the worst I’ve had. Tasted like milk with barely any matcha, the color was even light green it just wasn’t good.

Our favorite bagel spot. Honestly, the best pumpernickel bagel in queens! Large portions and always fresh.

Horrible service. The girl at the register was so rude. Barley put cream cheese
terrible service, the staff are too busy joking with eachother to get any orders right, they constantly leave items out or put the wrong one in entirely.

bagel wasn’t good! was dry, not chewy, not fun to eat. just felt not fresh. which sucks bc everything else was absolutely perfect, the service is wonderful, the bathroom is clean & fancy, great atmosphere.

Ordered a bagel from here and for close to $7 you’d think the least they can do is toast the bagel, but no, came barely toasted and on top of that, bagel didn’t even taste fresh plus their cream cheese spread was limited. The quality of this place really seems to have gone down and I have been coming here for years. I think I’ll stick to Brooklyn bagels where the bagels are not only toasted, but fresh too.

Nice people, cool place, tastier food! This is way better food than Brooklyn bagel tbh. Worth the extra walk.

It was a welcoming environment with great customer service, however I paid 7.90 for this. This is not what a matcha latte tastes like and certainly isn’t worth almost 8 dollars. There is not enough to fill the cup nor does the taste make up for it. I wouldn’t get the matcha latte here.

Bagel was good. Stupidly expensive. Asked for ice water....was told I had to pay for free water from the tap. I declined to offer more money than the 8 dollars I paid for a bagel with cream cheese.

Excellent egg sandwiches and bagels. Coffee is solid too. Lots of tables to work at as well.

I’m truly disappointed with how the service has declined. I’ve lived in Astoria for seven years and have visited the 30th Ave location almost daily. Despite being a regular for years, I’ve never received a free muffin or coffee, and in the past few months, nearly every order I’ve placed has been incorrect and pipping hot.
Customer service should be a priority, especially for loyal customers, but today made it clear that it isn’t. I had to wait 10 minutes just for a To-Go container because my breakfast was, yet again, both incorrect and too hot to eat.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes an effort to improve. If you’re going to charge a PREMIUM prices for breakfast, the service should reflect that. My family and I are moving out of Astoria next month, and for the remainder of our time here, we’ll be visiting other coffee shops instead.
This is a great spot to grab a quick drink and a snack to eat. Good customer service, amazing bagels, lots of yummy cookies, and the price are great. Got the hot chocolate, and it was delicious.
