New York City Bagel & Coffee House

This has been my go-to bagel place ever since I moved to Astoria, but they've been skimping on their portions recently – their prices were already expensive, but to pay $6.50 for the most pathetic spread of scallion cream cheese I've ever seen in my life is absurd. And I've been living in New York my whole life. Very disappointed

Ordered two bagels today. Both not toasted. It's Sunday, I understand that it's busy. I understand that there's always going to be a constant stream of new customers with easier orders that will come out before my order. But almost 30 minutes? I ordered at 11:14 and didn't get my two bagels until almost 11:40. Do better! Honestly, if I didn't ask about it I think they genuinely forgot the order.

I come here every weekend and recently, my order has been consistently wrong (wrong bagel, missing things, not toasted, etc.).

Very disappointing because the food is good otherwise.

Good soft bagels. You have to put the sugar and milk yourself into your coffee. Seems to be the norm with bagel shops latley

Last two times I’ve gone and ordered at the register they’ve gotten my order wrong.

This location does NOT know how to make a Freddo cappuccino Nor do all the young kids behind the counter know how to get orders out quickly. But the bagels are always fresh

Music is too loud! The environment should be designed to accommodate clients not employees who think there is a party happening!

It's a very nice place. Service is a little variable, from useful to apathetic. Most of the staff is very good, but a few seem to feel that coming to the counter is an imposition. My biggest problem is that the music is too loud for conversation or for concentration. I wish they'd turn it down.

The good the bad, and the ugly...
The coffee has a flavor...very good....but expensive....clean atmosphere....tables and bathroom...but you cant enjoy your coffee with very LOUD MUSIC feels like an earthquake coming....very bad ...all the time i come here....show must go on ...an other place...

If you’re an avid matcha latte drinker, don’t really recommend this place. The customer service was good but i could barely taste the matcha

the service was so kind and patient to me when i took a long time to figure out what i wanted to eat. i had to add something to my order after i bought it and they gladly fixed it for me. definitely going back!! ❤️

Ordered everything bagel toasted well, turnt out to be completely burnt on bottom of bagel.Ordered lox and onion bagel with cream cheese and they forgot to put the LOX! $20 for two bagels riparoni !!!
