Came highly recommended by a local relative. Atmosphere was great. Bagels are good. Bought 2 dozens to bring them home. You ordered and paid for the food first. They ran out of premium bagels but we were charged for them. They did not even trying to make it right.

I had the most disgusting bagel with egg salad. It tasted like it had been in the refrigerator for a while and it had some small black particles in it and I don't want to guess what it was and I'm hoping it doesn't come from a rodent, hopefully I don't get sick. I come here often but after this, I won't come back. It's an insult to customers to have non fresh food when your items are overpriced anyway. No excuses. You guys probably need food inspection ASAP.

Drove past the shop with empty stomach and empty thoughts about what to get and the staff built my bagel perfectly almost felt like ordering cocktail from an experienced bartender 🤣🤣🤣 she literally read my face and guessed what I was thinking so that was awesome
Def not cheap compared to other spots but portion is huge with a lot of stuffs inside. Ambient is lovely too. Bunch of people working with their laptop which was kinda surprising to me though.
Overall speaking good spot.

Had a cinnamon raisin with cream cheese it was delicious. My husband had a plain with cream cheese he enjoyed it. Good bagels.

I literally went there to get a bagel and coffee and A homeless person on drugs cam in the store and threatened my life. For what reason have no idea. And the staff just sat there . DIDN'T call the police and just stood there and watched my life be threatened and when I said something the girl working there cursed at me and said call the police yourself! So a little fyi if your life is being threatened just know this staff will let you get harassed and do nothing about it..

Absolutely incredible!! Very high quality food and they're so generous with the add ones - definitely worth the price. Must see if you want a true NY bagel experience!

Corporate vibe but ok bagels.

Ordered a bagel for takeout, and not only were components of my order missing, but this is the most burnt bagel I have ever been served, and ended up being inedible. I went on recommendation, but don't plan to return. I can understand forgetting to add tomato, it happens, but if you burn a bagel this badly, remake the bagel.
