I ordered spicy ramen and they added cheese to it. I never asked for cheese, I actually hate cheese and could not eat my meal. It was extremely disappointing because it was my first time getting ramen from here. I ended up sharing some of my boyfriend's wings and dumplings. The soy garlic wings were good similar to mad for chicken and bon chon. But the beef dumplings were horrible it was like a huge meatball and i think i saw noodles inside of it. Never ordering from here again especially since there are so many better options.

Pelicana is consistently shrinking portion sizes while still charging premium prices. In 2022, they filled their containers, but by 2023, they downsized, and now in 2024, they've hit a new low by halfway filling them. I splurged $75 on Seamless today hoping for a satisfying meal, only to be met with disappointment and frustration. Despite leaving a note requesting adequate portions for humans, they blatantly ignored it, leaving me feeling ripped off. To add insult to injury, their advertised promise of marinara sauce was never delivered. And let's not forget about the rice; they couldn't even be bothered to garnish it as shown in their glossy advertisements. Stop scamming Americans.

Their chicken is just yummy. The wings are great but my favorite thing to get is the chicken sandwich with a side of barbecue sauce. So crispy. The only think that I have an issue with is charging extra for barbecue sauce. No one else does that. One less star for that. Otherwise great.

First time and definitely not the last time! We ordered the mochi cheese balls as an appetizer. Mochi was tender and jam packed with cheese. Then as meals, we had the original crispy chicken sandwiches and 1/2 order of crispy chicken dish and large fries to share. Our server was very attentive, food was done perfectly and Mojito was just delicious. Might just become our new favorite place!

Liked the fried chicken, bulgogi and the crispy chicken sandwich. The outside area gets smelly and flooded. The interior design needs work as it's limited capacity for seating and narrow walkway and has a tiny bathroom. The bar takes up most of the floor space. Food is good but if you can't get a table inside on a cold or rainy day it's not worth it. Staff was nice but slow to respond. Idk if they were short staff or just chillin in the kitchen but it's happened every time I went. Once food is ordered it comes pretty quick.
Ordered for delivery for the first time because i have been hearing good things about the place and it did not disappoint! Food was delivered earlier than expected and taste is superb!! I did not rate the atmosphere since it via delivery.

I think this is one of the best pelicana chains in queens. They have special ladies night and happy hour. There is also a heated patio in the backyard which is really cute. We always order half boneless chicken with half level 2 spicy and half honey bbq sauce. White cheese powder fries , according to my friend, is addictive like "coke"! lol. Try visiting on your bday and they will have free items for you! Service is great! Try checking out the dessert place nearby called
