This was the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had! I’m a loyal Pizza Hut fan, but the Steinway location was a huge disappointment. I ordered a Meat Lover’s pizza, and it tasted awful. I won’t be going back there again.

i brought they took long bring food plus i have paid meter. when the pizza over cook bread stick was hard. i call got run around customer i was call location manager hung on me 3 x got no where said going 2 pie free not true they just liar cant main phone number i told my food or give refund nothing happen they just rude liars to there customer they don't want any issues to there customer i wont go back there again don't but from again. they just want our money make bad food you lost a customer never again to me

So hot inside the store. I don't know how people are working there. Food and Service is quite good. But this store is mainly for the mobile orders delivery. Sometimes it's a bit busy and you might find your order wrong. So I'd suggest keeping patience and asking for a solution might help. And to remember most of the time the deliveries are made with bicycle or mopeds around this area. So that's how your order might get messed up too.

I was just walking by this pizza store,when a guy stopped me and offered me a pizza for free. I didn’t expect to have pizza for the night! That pepperoni pizza with the cheesy crust was just yummy ? Highly recommend! Thanks for the pizza Mann !!

I ordered in the mobile app for carry out. I paid in the app as well when I get to the restaurant the man gives me my order i ask him if he needs to see my receipt he says no I thank him and walk out with my 3 kids. Now as we are standing outside he comes out shouting saying “ miss you have to pay for your food. “ very embarrassing and loud he continues to say it about 3 times. I then ask him why would he let me leave if he felt I ain’t pay then I take my phone out to show proof of purchase and he then says forget it. And lights a cigarette and walks down the block. I don’t understand what is point was but the whole engagement was uncalled for and could have been prevented had he checked the receipt when offered.

Very nice to see a Pizza Hut open on Steinway that isn’t just Pizza Hut Express. The deals on the app are great. The order time on the app is pretty accurate. It’s usually ready about a minute or two before the app says, which is nice. I’m here about twice a week, and I don’t recall a time that I’ve ever had to wait for my order. Metered parking is usually available on the street, which is free after 7, and they’re open really late for your midnight pizza fix. Writing this review is making me hungry. I think I’m gonna place an order now.
First time ever and the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I ordered a chicken Alfredo and buffalo wings, the already was half empty and the wings weren’t even buffalo they were something else
