Nice small spot. They serve Harney and Sons tea here. One person working the cafe-- does it all. Straightens tables. Wipes down seats. Constantly sweeping bc pastries are crumby. Friendly to boot! Recommend this chill spot with lots of pastry varieties.
I was in the mood for a good cappuccino and figured this bakery would be great for it and it was!! Came by just a few minutes before they were closing and the nice guy worker there said he would still be able to make my boyfriend and I cappuccinos. We also got a raspberry tart and a cheesecake. The raspberry tart was so good!! Perfect buttery crust with the most delicious cream filling. Paris Oven Bakery is a quaint newbie to the Long Island City-Astoria boarder. I'm a fan of their croissants and cold brew. They also have my favorite sparkling water too (Perrier), which has become difficult to source as a reasonable price. Friendly faces and prompt service is their hallmark. I enjoy passing by whenever I'm around.
