Very poor customer service. They took 25min for my order. While they were serving people who placed order after me. After 25 min they gave me cold fries. I asked to replace the fries, the guy handed me soggy fries. Very bad serve. Do not recommend.

The sweet potato fries were okay. I wish they had napkins and more than two sizes of potatoes to order. They didn't even ask if I wanted a sauce with it which is an extra .50.

I visited Potato Corner at Queens Mall today, excited for my usual giga-sized original fries with BBQ and sour cream. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite a 30-minute drive and eagerness to enjoy my favorite fries, the service fell short. The wait time was excessively long at 25 minutes for a single order. The staff, particularly a male employee, seemed disorganized and lost my order ticket, causing me to wait while others who came after me were served. This lack of attention was frustrating. Moreover, the same employee displayed unprofessional behavior by leaving his post to eat with his girlfriend, burdening his female coworker with the entire workload. This was not only unfair to her but also to the customers waiting for their orders. While the female staff member did apologize and tried her best under the circumstances, the overall experience significantly dampened my enthusiasm for what used to be a favorite spot. I hope this feedback leads to improved service at this location.

I’m shocked at the low reviews because this is my favorite casual fries chain. It is a little pricy but I’ve gone to this location twice now and never had an issue with quality, portion, or taste.I usually get sweet potato fries or curly fries and default to garlic parmesan. I do think the garlic taste needs to be a little heavier, but the fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and always fresh.Maybe it depends on the staff making it.

This stall is located inside queens mall. My sister bought the classic fries today and they were nearly $10. The portion size is way too small and the fries got soggy very quick. They were also wayy too salty. Mcdonalds is leagues apart from this establishment, save your money and just grab a large fries from McDonald’s. Everyone else in the comments said that this establishment was dirty and I agree. Workers don’t really care about their jobs.

They charge you $10 for frozen French fries and then when I asked for little ranch sauce they wanted to charge me for it. When clearly on the sign it says extra dipping sauce costs extra but they didn’t even provide me with one sauce. To be honest I can go get fries from chick fil a or McDonald’s and they will give me as many sauces as I want for half the price.

I wish they present their product like the original franchise in another side of the world. The original booth, everything is open and show how the food fries and when they put the flavor the shake it up, so the food looks fancier even it is just fast food. My friend and I got to try regular french fries with chili BBQ. Soda was not sparking like they kept it too long.

I often go to this store when I visit Queens mall. Today I thought to give a try to JO Jo chips with Chili bbq. Usually, once I order they take time to make a fresh & serve. But, This time once I placed the order, the server (girl), gave the chips right away. When I open the bag on my way to home, the chips were not that fresh, some were crushed in pieces & it was over chilli sprinkled. Very disappointed. Not the worth the money that I spent.
