I traveled from Brooklyn to the Queens Night Market, and the trip wasn't as long as I expected. I recommend arriving early, around 4-5 PM, because it gets very crowded later on. There's plenty of seating, and you can also bring a blanket to relax on the grass. They provide outdoor restrooms and hand-washing stations, which is convenient.

Most of the food was fine; not bad but not great. Lots of gravel so if you use a mobility aid be prepared for that. Also, because of the gravel, sand was going everywhere as the wind picked up. Most booths have tap options but honestly just bring cash for the ease of it. I’ll go back though
I enjoyed the food there. The food was very affordable and delicious. There were a variety of cultures of people from the food to the guest. What I would have done differently is to take my time and spend more slowly instead of buying everything at once. This would have given me more time to enjoy myself. I noticed after I spent all of my money there I didn't have anything left to do.
