Ralph's Famous Italian Ices of Astoria

I had an amazing experience with this establishment. Very good, sweet and rich ice cream (very big portions). In my opinion the service was very good.
A must-eat, when you visit the beautiful neighborhood of Astoria!

These are the best Italian Ices and amazing flavors. Lucky for me is a quick walk from my apt. Great service!! this review is long overdue as I have been living on their ices all summer. Thank you Ralphs!!!!

Ice Cream is 10 out of 10, and the service is very polite and fast. There is variety of different ices and different flavors, sometimes hard to make a choice, but you can always get a free sample to make your decision easier. And for a 12$ you get full bucket of delicious ice cream, you can’t find that anywhere else.

such a staple! I typically get the mango with vanilla ice cream. so yum!

If I could give this a 0 star review I would. The small girl on the right window, was really rude when taking our order. Didn’t feel welcoming. She was basically dismissing us when we were ordering, made us uncomfortable.But with other customers she was nicer.

Great fast and friendly service

Got a single scoop of the regular mint chip ice cream for $4.67 and unfortunately it's one of the worst ice creams I've ever had. Watery/icey, not creamy. I would have preferred ice cream from a convenience or grocery store. I walked over to Ample Hills creamery after this and for $1 more got an awesome scoop of real ice cream. Adding one star because the girl at the window was nice.

Annabella is the best worker Ralph's has! Only when she's working I feel so welcomed and given such kind and nice service, not like I'm just a customer placing an order that has to be fulfilled. Great ices and ice cream, but I really just wanted to write this review to highlight Annabella's great customer service :)

Ordered a small ice. Was charged $10... What in the world??? The printed menu says $10 for a quart. It should've been $4.50.
