Honestly this is my first time having authentic Moroccan food, and the brother recommended me to have KousKous. And I chose the lamb. The KousKous was incredibly fluffy, delicate, and flavorful. My god it was amazing. The lamb was also pretty good, it was super tender and tasty. In my option though there was a bit too much veggies in the dish, but overall it was a great dish. Such a warm and welcoming place with beautiful Ramadan vibes. The food was delicious and had that authentic, homemade Moroccan taste that made the experience feel extra special. Service was excellent, and Meriem deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to look after us. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine Moroccan food.
If craving Moroccan food, this place is still worth a try. I ordered the liver Tagine, the moroccan soup “Harrira” and the mint tea. They all tasted good and the prices are reasonable.
Update: I came back a year later and tried a few more dishes. I wasn’t a fan of the mint tea this time, and the shawarma sandwich was just okay. I still really like the place overall and would try it again.

Dar Lbahja serves super authentic and delicious Moroccan food. The portions are huge and intended for groups, with the same generous quantity for delivery. The prune and lamb tagine and the chicken pastilla are highly recommended. The service staff is warm and friendly. The food is fresh and delicious, with superb quality. The restaurant is considered the best for Moroccan food and couscous in the area. Salt and pepper are provided at each table.
