Tried the tonkotsu ramen and the gyoza, both were so good! Branched out and tried something new and loved it :)

We dined in at this restaurant and the service was subpar. There was no water brought out for the table. We were automatically asked if we wanted garlic chips but were not told it was extra. Like they were dying for that extra $1.50. The spicy tonkatsu had no discernible spice and the flavor was lacking. This was honestly the worst service and food I’ve ever had at a ramen spot. Papier-mâché bowls, plastic utensils, mediocre food and a 15% gratuity for what? I had to go out of my way just to order a beverage. I wasn’t even told there was hot tea they just gave me a can when I asked for tea but the next customer got hot tea. Just be a takeout spot because that’s what it was giving. You obviously don’t care to service the public.

To be honest, just give the water. People pay tip for a paper bowl & no water service. Stop cutting corners & just give a nice bowl and give water. The stress of telling every new customer they don’t get water & that tip is mandatory is not worth that bit you save in not giving water bottles. Also, the hidden charges, just be upfront bro. People already came and got seated. They won’t leave if they know garlic chips & spicy oil cost $2 each. They just won’t get it. It’s not a smart business model to try to squeeze every ounce of profit margin since you don’t get much customers. Focus on retention. Your place is always empty compared to the stores next to you.

5 stars for takeout/delivery. I always order here through Grubhub and it gets delivered pretty fast. I usually order the Tonkatsu ramen and it never lets me down. The broth is always so flavorful and they don't skimp out on the ingredients such as corn. The pork is always tender and fresh. I have gotten their gyoza and enjoyed that as well. I would definitely recommend this spot to get your ramen fix!

I stopped by for lunch with my husband and baby. This place is more of a to-go/delivery. Although we ate at the restaurant, there could be a lot of improvements to the ambiance itself. It seemed incomplete and sort of "bare". The ramen itself was good, the noodles were chewy and the broth was flavorful. I would probably instead of staying at the restaurant, order to go instead. But I'm not sure how the taste would be if I don't eat it freshly made. The noodles might get soggy, but that's something to figure out another day.

Good ramen. Not really a sit down spot but works for take out. Only negative would be the take out bowl and chopsticks for dine in. Presentation could use some work but flavor is good.

Great place to stop by if you're heading to JFK Airport, only 20 minutes away. Miso and Tonkotsu soup were both flavorful. Whatever they use to marinate the pork is delicious. It went really well with the flavor of the broth. Miso is a little spicy so beware if you are sensitive. Ambiance was great; they have a bunch of cool pictures around the restaurant, especially if you're an anime fan! Pork Bun was good; it was a first having it with peanuts. I do think the peanuts weren't fresh so there wasn't that full crunch experience, but it was still good. Service was quick and super friendly (thanks for the no charge on the water!). They actually only offer water from a water bottle, I'm not sure if that's normal or not. The place was empty so we were in and out in probably 30-40 minutes. Next time I have a flight out of JFK I'm going to stop by this place again!

Fantastic service, great tasting ramen (Honestly one of the best bowls of Tonkatsu I've ever had), really quiet and chill. Looking forward to my next visit!

Poor service, although I came in because high good review. We should review the low reviews. The first impression to us is we have to find a seat ourselves since the owner and the only one working outside played video game. No menu and water service at all, and asked for 15% tips at least .
