Take out lobster was tasteless and stuck to the shell indicating to me a lack of freshness. Only person taking care of customers barely spoke English. Would definitely not go back

Tried this spot for dinner but walked away disappointed. We ordered the House Special Coconut Chicken Combo for four along with several sides like pepper pig stomach, and sizzling baby ribs casserole. While the coconut chicken broth was flavorful at first, it got greasy quickly and didn’t hold up over time.
The biggest letdown was the baby ribs casserole the meat was extremely salty, overpowering the dish completely. Definitely not balanced or enjoyable.
The pig stomach dish was another disappointment: the portion was extremely small, a tiny plate that barely justified its price, and instead of actual pig stomach, it was filled with what seemed to be vigie, leaving us puzzled and unsatisfied.
Service was where things really fell short. Our plates were full early on with chicken bones and no one came to change them or check in on us during the meal. We spent $154 for the food (with a preset 25% tip), it came out $207 plus tax. this kind of neglect is hard to justify.
The food was just okay, service was inattentive, and the automatic high tip left a bad impression. Honestly, for this price point, there are far better hotpot and Chinese dining experiences in Queens.
Wouldn’t recommend or return.

It has always been a good experience with this restaurant. I love their coconut chicken hotpot. Chicken is so tender and juicy. The soup itself is so good. I love the flat noodle there. I always need to order extra. Will go back again!

Their chicken is either a hit or a total miss
Excellent rooster hotpot, you can tell the chicken they use is very fresh, it came out so tender. It's a good place for 2 to 4 people. Highly recommended

Nowhere does it say you need a reservation to eat here. As I did not have one for two people, I was told I cannot eat here. How can you refuse a paying customer? There were many tables available as well. I was really excited to try this place and left extremely disappointed .

We went back to the store not only because of the food. Food is good but the service is out of ordinary. Our server who's name Fei Fei was super nice. We had been served with sweet and warm. We knew that we went in was kind of late but Fei and the other server did not give us attitude but took good care of us.
We always agree that a good server can always bring in return customers.
Keep it up on that nice work as well as the nice food. Thanks!

The place was nice and beautiful!! The food was off the hook but kinda small!!! The beef chow fun is off the hook!! Everything was off the hook but the the pork belly over preserve vegetable was all fat… also there was a waiter with orange hair that was standing a table over and was picking his ear and then touching his nose and then picking his skin off his nails WTH!?? and was serving us with no gloves on after!?!?

I love hot pot and couldn't to try! When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was sat. I was served by a nice man. I had:
House Special Coconut chicken combo
Steamed egg with shrimp
baby shrimp egg fried rice
The food was good just needed a bit of salt. I really liked the house special with the ramen! All in all it was a good experience.
This place is ok, I think the hotpot tastes good and the best part of it all was the chicken soup that was very flavorful and savory. Overall though make sure to order enough meat, since there is only one hotpot for the whole table, there aren’t much options and you have to share.

Be prepared for limited English speaking staff. My mandarin isn’t great but they don’t speak Cantonese or English well. If you’ve been to an all-you-can-eat buffet hotpot, this is different. They charge for each dish you order. They don’t just have hotpot though. They do serve hot dishes and rice dishes. I had to try the Hainese chicken. It wasn’t bad. More white meat than dark meat. Also tried the black bean stir fried clams, which was flavorful. I will say that using coconut water as the broth base is interesting. It’s very fragrant but tasted bland. If you order the hotpot, it comes with your choice of noodles to cook, chicken, cabbage and mushrooms. I liked the fish and vegetables broth. It smelled and tasted great. Everything is ordered on the iPad. Everything was in Chinese and English. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I don’t think I’ll be revisiting for the hotpot since I’m used to the all-you-can-eat hotpot buffet, but I wouldn’t mind coming back for the plated dishes and clay pot rice to try.
