Terrible Service at union Tpk branch
Excellent customer service and great food 🙏👍
I’ve dined loyally here for over 10 years and have always highly recommended it to others as my favorite place in New York. That changes today. I had one of my worst restaurant experiences ever, while not receiving the minimum expected level of service. I’m not sure what happened during the pandemic, but it cannot excuse the abysmal service.
