At first we were excited since from the outside this place seemed very nice. However the food was average and the customer service was terrible . The waitress was quick to ask us what we wanted to order yet she never brought us our water after we ordered with her and ended up waiting and asking another waiter for water . Our waitress didn’t pay attention to our table and service us . We waited 20 minutes and kept having to wait when asking for small necessities like straws , spoons and such . Not once did our waitress service us with the small necessities we required and had to ask the other waiter . We had to wait around 10 minutes to ask for the check since the waitress was busy talking to another table and proceeded to walk away after glancing at us . We ended up having to stand and walk to ask for the check and the waitress proceeded to stand over us after handing us our check like she was obligated to watch over us as we took our payment method out and tipped. Overall disrespectful and not up to average restaurant standard . You should atleast have average food with atleast some decent service .
The food was amazing and the service was great, friendly server and they have a lot of good deals throughout the week. Definitely recommend to come try out.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service provided by our server, Rochelle, was outstanding. Rochelle warm demeanor and attentiveness made our meal truly enjoyable. Really love this place! Tried it out for the first time and enjoyed it. They deep fry their takoyaki which is pretty unique and gives a nice crunch while the inside is still warm and soft. The ramen was very nice. Different than the prevalent tonkotsu style thats in NYC but very wholesome. I also got the shrimp curry which was delicious. You don't see a lot of the baked rice curries in NY (as you do in the quick eats diners in Tokyo) so this was a nice surprise. It could use a little more curry sauce but Iw as able to ask for some more on the side. Thank you, San San!
