Great reliable service. Our driver Ambrose was very friendly and gave us lots of information about NYC.
I booked Prem’s Luxury for my recent trip to New York and both drivers Ambrose and the main man himself, Prem, were outstanding in every field.
Both cars were immaculate inside and out, the drivers couldn’t have been more friendly and more importantly above all else, the professionalism.
Nothing was too much trouble and the whole experience was everything I was hoping for.
Would 100% recommend and will use you guys again when I return to New York
