I ordered a sandwich to go it was tasty i asked for grilled chicken w/ no spice
And asked for cilantro the only thing was there was more veggie than protein it was overkill on the carrots next time i will ask for less veggies
Bread so fresh and crunchy
The place is nice tiny on the corner
I wish to come back for their desserts for sure

Terrible Experience – Completely Ruined My Birthday
I truly regret ordering from Shero Cakes, especially after being a customer since 2021.
I found a photo online of a Twinkle Twinkle cake and asked Shero Cakes if they could make the same one. I clearly told them I would provide the Popmart ornament myself. They agreed — but what I ended up receiving was shocking.
The cake I got looked NOTHING like the sample photo. It was just a plain, unfinished yellow block (see photo), completely missing the decorations and sparkle. To make matters worse:
The cake was already cracked on the sides before my actual birthday on Sept. 4 (pickup was Sept. 3 evening).
They never told me the cake would be made with buttercream. I expected soft whipped cream and fluffy sponge cake, but what I got was a dense, greasy buttercream block that didn’t even taste good.
After I messaged them about the issue, they completely ignored me — no response at all since Sept. 3.
I had to rush order decorations on Uber the night before my birthday and decorate the cake myself just to make it look somewhat decent.
They charged me $135 for a cake that honestly wouldn’t even be worth $50. The quality, communication, and service were beyond disappointing. My birthday experience was completely ruined because of this, and I’m heartbroken this happened with a bakery I used to trust.
Never ordering from here again.

Strawberry cake was beautiful and delicious

Do NOT use them for any important time-sensitive orders.

Ordered from them Friday for a Monday afternoon delivery (2-2:30 window) of 12 unicorn cupcakes for my niece’s milestone birthday surprise (almost $100 via delivery service). They called at the delivery time (2p Monday) to say the delivery would be FIVE HOURS LATE (!!!) at 7p, well AFTER the surprise time for my niece.

We had to cancel the order, and run to the grocery store to buy and decorate a cake. Wildly unacceptable. There wasn’t even enough advance notice to find a comparable replacement.

There’s additional details that make this much worse than I’ve stated but I’ll leave it there for now smh.

I requested a custom cake order for nieces birthday and it came out almost similar to our photo reference. This was my first time ordering here and I didn’t know what to expect but 2 cakes and cupcakes turned out pretty and also tasted so good. Whoever took my order and communicated throughout was also super nice.

went above and beyond for my daughters birthday twice already! Thank you for being the best of the best with even disguising my daughters birthday since she was with me and making it look like just a mother’s day cake. 🤍

Was disappointed by both taro cake and the Hokkaido milk cheese cake.

Kelly was awesome. She took my order, got a frosting message written, and had me out the door lickety-split. I didn't actually try the cake, but I overate that strawberry shortcake in a dream, for what it's worth.

We ordered a cake for our daughter’s birthday. The team at Shero was so kind and professional. The cake turned out exactly as we had asked. Not only was the cake beautiful but it tasted great. We will absolutely use them in the future!

I try to support local businesses and was really excited to try this place. I got the trio choc cake, red velvet roll and peach panna cotta. The panna cotta was rancid, smelled moldy and tasted sour. The red velvet roll and trio choc cake both had a weird funky taste but atleast it wasn’t moldy?? So disappointing.

TLDR: soft cake but didn’t like the flavor and feel like it got cross contaminated

We got a slice of tiramisu cake and though it was soft and fluffy, the frosting had this weird aftertaste to it that I couldn’t put my finger on. Also some of the bites had some kind of rosy flavor to it, almost like something got mixed in/cross contaminated .

Ive ordered a dessert gift box for my parents anniversary. They enjoyed everything!!!!! Very professional cake shop in lic with friendly staff.??????????
I love the cakes here, the sweetness is perfect. The service was great,I will come back to try other dessert as well, they all looked good.
