The service was really bad. I asked for a soda and they wouldn’t give it to me. I had to go the counter multiple times. The naan did not seem fresh they were way to crunchy and to me it didn’t taste fresh.

The sitting area of the restaurant was definitely very nice and decent. But I cannot say the food was the traditional Pakistani food because the meat was frozen I guess it didn’t taste really good. I ordered goat Karahi but I regret. There was some wait I don’t know why, may be it’s a strategy to make customers love their food but I don’t think it’s a good idea. I ordered pastries and I think they gave one nice pastry but other 3 pastries were the one which were just sitting there and I think the management got them out because I didn’t see before ordering and they thought it’s a good time to just get those 3 pastries out. I also ordered mango shake, which was not actually a mango shake. It was just mango flavored smoothie mixed with ice and it didn’t taste like mango shake no matter what. So I think the management is too smart and they think people are stupid. I think the management or the owners are ladies because this filthy idea of selling their food can be only there. If you visit their once that would be the first and last time.

This was my second time at Shirazi Karahi and I have to say the food was amazing. We had the Chicken Karahi, Chicken Cheese Kabab, Beef Bihari and Mix Grill. The service was really good, we received all of our food within 15 minutes of ordering it. Mariam provided great/fast service.
It was my first time trying this restaurant. Let me start out by saying the service was very poor. The people charging the food up front looked uninterested and disengaged in the customer experience. From the moment in the door to out it was a bad experience.The rice was given cold and the Naan as well was cold. The next day I woke up very sick and my friend as well who ate this food with me. I am very disappointed and displeased with this place. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Food Taste really Good. Staff and service is Excellent. A very Good place for personally and family dining. Must try. You would like it... i doesn't understand many people left 1 star for reason doesn't even belongs to this resturant some had issues with delivery (which definitely doordash or uber) this resturant doesn't deliver. Some has issues with wring order isn't that your responsibility to check your order before leave? I mean Com'on have some respect and sense people before leaving low rating because most of people have personal issues but you are messing up a nice great taste great service resturant in your area.... well i love it will be here back with whole family soon...... 7*******
