Made reservations for Christmas Eve well in advance, we arrived 7pm got an appetizer and then proceeded to see every table around us receive their food while we sat waiting . Over an hour later and I asked what’s going on w/ our dinner, they said they were short staffed, it would be 5 more mins. 15 minutes later we got up and said we were leaving. I’ve never gone to a restaurant and been left sitting with no food and no staff coming to check or offer us an update. Way to ruin a holiday dinner for someone. The customer service here was horrendous.

if you’re black do not go here ! Had a 10:30pm reservation (restaurant closed at 12) & was rushed the entire time. They seated me all the way in the back corner of an 90% empty restaurant & when i asked to move they said they’re cleaning for closing. Was blatantly ignored when trying to get workers attention multiple times. Told me they don’t have ketchup which i find hard to believe. I ordered dessert at the same time as dinner which is when the check wound usually be given so they knew I had another course after dinner but they handed me the check 10 mins after the food came out. The workers constantly kept coming to ask for the check so they can close the register while also ignoring me when trying to get their attention to service. I Ordered the fried rice in the pineapple & was told I can’t keep the pineapple for takeout unless I put it in the bag with no box. When dessert came it was about 11:30pm and the workers were sitting at the bar staring at my table. Meanwhile other customers of a different race were not disturbed during their meal. Their check wasn’t brought to them until they finished their food & they got to the restaurant after me & were seated in a different section closer to the middle of the restaurant instead of the back. Food was okay. Needs more seasoning but was still good. Thai tea cheesecake + ice cream was very good highlight of the night. Moral of the story if you’re going to be rude & rush block off reservations after a certain time instead of treating paying customers this way.

Although it’s located on the basement level, the overall style of the restaurant is still quite eye-catching. Dining in such vibrant colors is truly enjoyable. The dishes taste good, but for some reason they weren’t hot enough — I’m not sure if they might be pre-made. The staff’s service attitude was just average; a few more smiles would make the experience perfect.
