Service was nice, didn't have to wait too long for our reservation ( got drinks at the bar- not all bartenders are created equal there! Some you can tell knew how to actually make drinks) DJ was a vibe ! Went with the crowd which was cool . Food was decent, feel like it could have a little more flavor but def big portions.

Valet parking charged $20 to park. The place is not as clean as I expected and the food is very expensive although tasty. The waiter took a long time to check up on the table occasionally and was automatically given a 20% gratuity. There was a loud party group next to us twerking and dancing with seemed a little rachet.

I came here for a girl's Brunch. The place is beautiful and has gorgeous views. However the first thing that turned me off is that the valet parking was 20 dollars!!!!! It was cash only but luckily there was atm inside which by the way charges a 3.00 fee. The restaurant is all the way inside the park so you are kind of forced to pay for valet parking unless you plan for a long walk in heels. The waiter Rich started out pleasant but later on was rude to us. Since we got to brunch literally 10 minutes before brunch was about to end we asked if we still had time for brunch since he gave us the brunch menu or if we should just order dinner. Rich explained we still had time for brunch because dinner isn't until 5. So we ordered and the food and mimosas which were delicious. Sangrias not so much. My sister in law asked for a 3rd mimosa and when he brought it he told her "that's it" as in no more and we found that to be extremely rude. I think telling the table " hey last round anyone wants to order any last drinks?" Would've been nicer and classier. Then he kept on coming back every few minutes and we could tell he was dying for us to leave to clean the table. We felt rushed and some of us hadn't finished our drinks. He has an attitude problem and needs to learn how to speak to people.

I did not like the spot where they put us . They are verrrrrrrryyyyyyy slow ! And it's my 3rd time being there and that's three strikes with me . Each time very slow , I had to take my food to go becuz I didn't want to miss my show horrible . Then the guys across from us were sitting there rolling weed at the table ( and trust me you can smell it ) management came over and told them they had to leave and they still didn't leave we left them there and they were there way before us . Never again !!!!!!!!! I will stay in Jersey where I live for much better service , food , and ambiance . Havana you guys need to figure out how to accommodate people . Horrible once again .

Place needs a little refresh- feels a bit beat down (butbthen again, it's bust time square restaurant) It's a suggestion rather than critique- this place has so much potential. Food and service were great. Big thank you for our server Dylan!

I was a bit disappointed today. Havana Central is usually a hit but today it was a miss. My salmon wasn't done well, I had to send it back to the kitchen to be cooked longer. It also wasn't seasoned. They just poured mango dressing over an unseasoned unflavored salmon. The empanadas are the best in NYC but today they tasted dry. Is there a new cook at Havana Central???? The service is excellent though...

Me and my fiance have been to this restaurant before and we love it there. The food is always great, the drinks are always so good and the desserts are tasty. For this day I was surprised because we had missed the reservation time due to our movie taking 24min to start and tried so hard to make it within the 15min window and missed it by 5 min due to train delays but they still honored the reservation and got us a table with no issue which I appreciated immensely.

Cubano classico all time favorite was sooo good 3 of us had it with different sides. My friend had amazing ASOPAO DE POLLO and avocado salad. We've been here before and are always enjoy the food. Wait and bus staff were very helpful and patient.

We had the pre-show special for $49. Food was great. Our waiter, Emilio was really on his game. Made sure food was up to standards, he must have stopped by at least 5-6 times to check on us. Atmosphere was good, location good. Check it out, you'll be happy you did.

I had a reservation for 2 and we were seated at a table upstairs against the wall. We couldn't see anything from our table. The table location was very disappointing. When we left the restaurant the main floor was empty. The food was okay. The waitress forgot to add a side on the order and I had to wait additional 10 minutes for it to come.

My husband and I were there for my birthday and we both kept saying how much fun it was being there and how good the food was. The live band was great! We were dancing in our seats!

The food was outstanding, a real surprise given the huge space and Times Square location. Had the Cubano, sweet plantains, avocado salad and the flan. Shared with one other person and the bill was under $50, unheard of for the caliber of the food. Band was loud, atmosphere IS energetic. This is not the place for quiet talk. My advice: GET THE FLAN. It is simply exquisite, with a texture your tastebuds cannot imagine. I'll be back.

The place was super busy. The staff was amazing considering the amount of people they were attending to. The food was delicious, nicely prepared. totally surprised and impressed with the overall service, again considering the amount of patrons being serviced. Nicely done Havana Restaurant. PS. I AM NOT A TOURIST
