Food and service was good. Skirt steak was ok. The cut wasn't so great. Service was great. The restaurant needs an upgrade.
Salmon with mango sauce was cooked perfectly and was delicious! We always get the tasty maduros as well. Great food and service, and an excellent place to eat in the Times Square area.
Whenever I visit NY Havana Central is always a part of my itinerary. The food is consistently delicious and the service is fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant!
