Beautiful sandwich, friendly service and a cool atmosphere, huge selection and this is a place if your really looking for a real deal sandwich . I had the TKO , monster grilled chicken sandwich full of flavor and lacking nothing. The bread is on point and key to a good sandwich very very good too bad I’m from out of town or I’d come here all the time lol , also a hero is enough to satisfy 2 people or eat one half now and the other later . Mine was so good I tried to save the other half but I was still salivating for more , this is coming from a big guy by the way . Thank you STACKED
Update: I asked kindly for no tomatoes. I got tomatoes. It's literally the only other detail on the receipt other than the actual sandwich order. I hope this is just a one time thing.
Stacked Sandwich Shop is a standout destination for anyone looking to elevate their sandwich game. I tried their Thanksgiving-inspired sandwich, which perfectly captured the flavors of a classic Thanksgiving dinner in sandwich form. It was absolutely delicious and a testament to their creativity and quality ingredients.
One notable tip: you don’t have to opt for their Stacked variation unless you’re planning to have leftovers! The regular size is plenty for one person, but if you go for the Stacked option, you’ll have enough for another meal later.
The shop itself is clean, with a welcoming and warm staff that enhances the dining experience. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and the uniqueness of their menu. It’s a refreshing change from the standard offerings at chains like Subway or Jersey Mike’s.
With its creative menu, great portions, and inviting atmosphere, Stacked Sandwich Shop is a must-visit for sandwich enthusiasts. Highly recommended!

Stacked is the type of sandwich shop I would really like in theory and don't get me wrong, I did enjoy the sandwich I got. But it's not a place I would put on a rotation or feel the need to come back.
For one, I was super excited to find this type of establishment on Austin Street, as it really does need something like this. The place itself has a pretty hip vibe- the menu is written in colorful chalk with fun designs. I've been twice and both times have been the only person in the place, so not sure how busy it gets.
This most recent time I got the Aged to Perfection. It's a solid sandwich. A skosh on the pricy end for what it is but not outrageous for the area. I don't know that I agree that their medium size could feed 2 people but maybe if you're not so hungry. I do wish they offered options beyond whole & wheat bread (i.e. a wrap- when I asked about this I was told they had quesadillas which...obviously are not the same). Since I was the only person there the service was quick.
But in review of the rest of the menu there really wasn't much else that made me want to come back. I think some of their sandwiches are interesting for the sake of being unique but maybe they could use some more just standard fare. And the location itself is a bit difficult to get to. It's directly next to a police precinct and a busy apartment area, so the parking can be difficult.

Absolutely love this place. Have never went wrong with any of the sandwiches that I have tried. The specials that they have drawn out in chalk on the right side wall are always so appetizing. Would suggest calling ahead to place your order though as they are popular.

TKO club sandwich is 10/10. I didn’t see it on the online menu but was in the store and on uber eats menu. Was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Aggressive Adrien was also solid and *Stacked* with meat. Very good sandwich spot

Really good assortment of vegan deli sandwiches (mostly cold). Sandwiches are big; even the mini size is pretty sizable. Vegan/vegetarian options are listed in a separate section of the menu. They often offer a vegan special sandwich on the chalkboard by the register. Heads up that whole wheat bread is a 0.50 cent upcharge! Great option in this neighborhood.
This is a nice little sandwich shop in Forest Hills, NY. The menu board is quite interesting as it is the whole wall once you come in. Plenty to choose from for the meat eaters and the non meat eaters. Very pleasant staff and the sandwiches are stacked high and stuffed with great flavor. A little pricey but you do get a good amount of food. Definitely not a place to miss

Prices are high, food is gimmicky when done right and a rip off when done wrong. Most important thing for a food spot is quality (not quantity) and consistency

Used to love occasionally ordering for delivery. They are pricey, but the sandwiches are huge.
Lately, the sandwiches just haven't been hitting. The sandwiches with the chicken cutlets were primo, but they swap items on the menu from time to time.
Our last order was fully burnt. How are you going to charge $50 for 2 sandwiches, and BURN them?! The audacity. Probably won't order from here again since they're too expensive for what you get.

I tried this place two times in 1 week. The first time I ordered, it was very good, good dressing and a lot of meat. Since the sandwich was 23 dollars it’s seemed like a good amount. Second time I ordered and the sandwich had more bread than meat/cheese/vegis. When this place does it right it’s one of the best sandwich places around. When they cheap out it’s basically a bodega sub but double the price. Essentially this place is a gamble, good luck.

The place is a hole in the wall with no seating but that’s usually an indication that the food will be delicious and that was the case here. I got the meatball sub because it’s easy to throw some cold cuts on a sandwich and I wanted to see how good their meatballs were. The sub was very good and the hand held quesadilla s’mores was delicious too. The only reason why I’m taking off a star is because the women working the register didn’t allow me to finish entering my email in order to gain points for my order. For those who don’t know, every $100 you spend you get $10 back. For signing up for rewards you automatically get 25 points and I spend over $30 which would mean I would be over half way to getting a reward. She assured me that I would be able to add points later but after checking the app, there is no way to do that actually. She said that she was new so she probably didn’t know. It’s just annoying to offer a rewards system that you don’t even let clients use. What’s the point of it then? I live close but I most likely won’t be back. I do recommend trying out though!

My partner and I were searching for a breakfast spot and we found this spot. We walked in and the atmosphere was dead. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches (egg salad and a sausage egg n cheese)that came out to $21. Shocking I know. I saw the cook use an egg salad from his fridge and then got more from the front fridge(it looked old). We grabbed our food, my partner had an eyelash hair on his egg salad sandwich, it tasted very old like gasoline, just not good, took one bite and felt like if he ate it all it would’ve gotten him sick. I did not know the sausage egg and cheese comes with a poached egg(I don’t like poached eggs) we thought that was just for the egg salad, that was shocking as well because you usually get it in a omelette style but I understand it’s a elevated sandwich spot?? The cashier was respectful just sounded very monotone, I understand it’s a Saturday but keep that customer service standard. Anyways, we saw the reviews and expected the best, maybe the lunch sandwiches are where it’s at but we couldn’t enjoy our $21 breakfast sandwiches . Disappointing. Don’t get the egg salad.

If you want to patiently wait 15 minutes for someone to take your order only to turn around to help three other people who just walked in the door - this place is for you.

Large selection of vegan sandwiches and much better than that of local bodegas. As far as a sandwich shop, the menu is deep and the sandwiches are filled with (alternative) meat.
Price makes sense considering size of the sandwiches and location on Austin Street. Definitely would go here for a sandwich versus similar sandwich shops on Austin.
