I ordered fuska and asked to make it spicy; they delivered! It's deliciously addictive snacks.
I like that they have little stools under the trees, nearby the cart for you to seat.

Star Fuchka is hands down one of the best fuchka carts in Jackson Heights — and honestly, it might just be the closest thing to real Bangladeshi street food you’ll find here. Their jhalmuri is unmatched — spicy, crunchy, tangy, and full of flavor. It’s the best I’ve had outside of Bangladesh, no exaggeration. The balance of ingredients is perfect, and they really know how to keep it authentic.
Their fuchka is a Jackson Heights legend — always fresh, crispy, and bursting with perfectly spiced fillings. The doi fuchka is just as good — loaded with creamy yogurt, sweet and spicy chutneys, and just the right touch of tang. And if you’re a fan of bhelpuri, they do that really well too — light, flavorful, and addictive.
They also offer peyara (guava) bhorta and aam (mango) bhorta, which are surprisingly good — tangy, spicy, and mashed just the way we like back home. Great little side add-ons if you want to switch things up.
And don’t skip their milk tea/chaa! It’s warm, comforting, and a perfect way to wrap up your snack session. Star Fuchka is a must-visit for any Bangladeshi street food lover in NYC!

Chaotic streetside food trailer serving hordes of people efficiently and without fanfare. hardly a word spoken by the man inside the trailer, but still friendly and fast service. Tasty papdi chat that you eat sitting on a flimsy plastic chair on the sidewalk and watch as families of 20 nationalities walk by - great example of people of diverse origins coexisting peacefully, unified by food. I will definitely return to this food cart.
