The price on the board for my drink Dragon fruit mango Grande size what's 4.95. Their computer brings it up at 5.75. They told me they updated their computers but not the board with the prices. I don't like when companies are dishonest and put it to different prices. At least put a/by the prices with the current price don't just leave it.Wouldn't honor the price on the board.

The coffee is as aspected and it’s definitely a good cup of coffee and has something to go with your coffee.I advise you to place your order online in advance so that you don’t have to wait to long .I’m not sure if every place is the same.

Worst customer service , workers have attitude. Ordered a ham and Swiss croissant and had to wait 30 mins, then to realize they didn't put it in the microwave. After asking them they put the croissant in the microwave and served it after 1 min. Guess what it's still cold in inside. Would not recommend this place and it'll be my last time , rather walk across the street to the deli at least the food is hot.

It's my last time ordering from this location, because someone just sneezed on my cup and still served it. I could've said some thing but his colleagues didn't do any thing! I was completely shock, I don't recommend this store, staff need more proper training if handling food service. Did I took the coffee, yes but I was disgusted, so I throw it away outside the hospital like nothing happened.

Today is 10/26/2023 5PM. All of them should be fired. They are bad, unfriendly, and impolite. I buy a cup of coffee at Starbucks every day, but this Starbucks is the worst coffee shop I have ever seen! First of all I'm not racist in any way, but today I was racially abused by three dark-skinned female employees. Because I'm ASIAN? I'm very angry right now. I've never heard of any Starbucks charging for ice, it doesn't make sense, and they were really rude and made eye and verbal attacks.
If I could put 0stars I would,is discussing, the kids here need more practice and better attitudes,they are all slow and worst coffee here is not worth it,even the deli coffe tastes better than here!!!!very

This place is horrible. All the workers there need to be fired. This is the worst Starbucks they never follow instructions. The drinks are never the same. It’s a franchise, All the drinks should taste the same not different every time it ordered. They need to be trained properly because they don’t know what they’re doing. I was so happy when I saw this Starbucks was being but at this appointment. I’d rather go to the one by the library on Main Street. It’s a better service the drink I order always taste the same. They follow instructions. I never complain. I just take my drink and go but I’m tired of it can we get new employees please and maybe new management even??? Someone needs to do something….

Service isn't there. Cashier with the dyed pink hair treats customers ordering or asking questions as nuisance because it interrupts her side conversations with her coworkers.This leads to getting orders wrong.

The worst absolute worst customer service. A young lady today actually said to me your iced coffee is f*#%ing over there. It was sitting in the counter for a full five minutes before that wonderful young lady shouted that explicative at me. Avoid this location.
