This Starbucks, located at a hospital, is well maintained and very busy. The staff was pleasant and professional. Food and drinks met expectations. It is convenient for something quick. However, service can be slow, even when not busy, and the amount of milk added to coffee is usually not the same, so taste is different each time. A Venti Macchiato ordered for pick up was just okay. A major issue is that this Starbucks was closed on Thanksgiving, even though the site said it was open. This showed a lack of understanding of the consumer, as families visiting and hospital workers needed coffee and snacks. A condition of having a Starbucks in a hospital setting should be that it is open everyday.
