the guy making the sandwich can go on a treadmill being in this veggie-centric establishment. His demeanor is absolutely atrocious and I would serve him to the homeless nearby. They are so rude; like just make my sandwich and stop complaining. it’s not my fault you got this job.

I ordered online and used my coupon “buy one get one cold cut foot long”. As soon as I came in the store, I’ve noticed that the place had a funky/sour smell. Once I told them I’m here for pickup, they started yelling about why I ordered 2 cold cuts footlong and got mad because I asked for too much on my sandwich. I told them “I don’t go to subway that often and I’m just here because of the coupon.”. I’ve work in the food industry and their customer service is unacceptable. I ended up throwing the sandwich in the trash, I discovered the that cheese they use has mold on them. Easiest way to waste 15 dollars…

I didn’t know subway didn’t do build your owns anymore and the woman straight up started yelling at me when I said I wasn’t sure what meat I wanted because I couldn’t read the list on the side??? Man there was way nicer and just said they only referred to the menu.

Weekend daytime worker doesn’t know how to cut the sandwich
I walked in asking for one item and the worker was extremely disrespectful, making me repeat my order multiple times. When giving my change, she gave me less than said on the machine. Very bad service, very bad atmosphere. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Certified un-fresh. The bread was so hard and dried out that it was inedible without peeling half of it off. Otherwise, I probably would have cracked a few teeth! Even then, it broke and crumbled everywhere just as stale bread would. Two thumbs down ?

Does not make the sandwiches like they should. They don't put 2x cheese and very small amounts of meat. They are very unfriendly the many times I visited. Now I go to the 36th street one. Very friendly and always make the sandwiches exactly They way they should be. I suggest don't visit this location on Broadway in Astoria. Also never want to accept coupon, always also charge different prices very time I used to go.
