I walked in asking for one item and the worker was extremely disrespectful, making me repeat my order multiple times. When giving my change, she gave me less than said on the machine. Very bad service, very bad atmosphere. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Certified un-fresh. The bread was so hard and dried out that it was inedible without peeling half of it off. Otherwise, I probably would have cracked a few teeth! Even then, it broke and crumbled everywhere just as stale bread would. Two thumbs down ?

Does not make the sandwiches like they should. They don't put 2x cheese and very small amounts of meat. They are very unfriendly the many times I visited. Now I go to the 36th street one. Very friendly and always make the sandwiches exactly They way they should be. I suggest don't visit this location on Broadway in Astoria. Also never want to accept coupon, always also charge different prices very time I used to go.

Very disappointed with the new staff that can't make quality sandwiches and nicklin dime you on every single little piece of lettuce that you put on your sandwich. It's quite remarkable how bad the quality is seeing how I've been coming here three times a week for a very long time. The fact that you have to bag for more than four cucumbers on a footlong sandwiches. Ridiculous and don't even get me started on the smattering of lettuce that they try to pass off as quality. Seems only one employee knows how to make a proper sandwich.

The food was what I expected. The same good Subway quality made to order.There is no dine in area. The space in kinda tight, only room for 5 to 6 people at a time inside. The service was good. It's New York baby!It was convenient to the apartment, just a 5 minute walk.

I would defintenly recommend not eating here. I did a mobile order recently and I was eating a steak and cheese sub, and I wondered why it was so chewy. I opened it and there was a freaking hair in it, please. Folks, do not go in here. If you want subways, order from a different location or buy your own ingredients and make one of your own.

WARNING: IF YOU EAT HERE YOU HAVE A HIGH CHANCE OF GETTING SICK!Do not eat here, I ordered from here twice and noticed I got sick and wasn't sure if it was from their food until I walked in and noticed how dirty these people are.There was a guy working around 1AM, he goes to make my sandwich, grabs a glove but the gloves all fall on the dirty floor, he picks up that same glove, puts it on, then reaches inside the food, the sandwich, the vegetables, everything.I was wondering why I kept getting sick, after seeing that, I found out why and left. These people are DIRTY, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.I am warning you all, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. YOU WILL GET SICK
