Very disappointed with the new staff that can't make quality sandwiches and nicklin dime you on every single little piece of lettuce that you put on your sandwich. It's quite remarkable how bad the quality is seeing how I've been coming here three times a week for a very long time. The fact that you have to bag for more than four cucumbers on a footlong sandwiches. Ridiculous and don't even get me started on the smattering of lettuce that they try to pass off as quality. Mahmud got the order I put in on the app perfect, admittedly it was a bit high-maintenance (extra this, less that etc.) but he served it with a smile in less wait time than was estimated.

Does not make the sandwiches like they should. They don't put 2x cheese and very small amounts of meat. They are very unfriendly the many times I visited. Now I go to the 36th street one. Very friendly and always make the sandwiches exactly They way they should be. I suggest don't visit this location on Broadway in Astoria. Also never want to accept coupon, always also charge different prices very time I used to go.
