Food size is just unbelievably small compared to the norm (mine is delivery). At least tell me your food size on the website menu!!

Although the food and drinks are delicious I'm leaving one star due to me ordering off of uber eats for one delivery takes way too long and two it's not fair to have a long wait and don't get exactly what you had ordered if you ran out of an item or don't want to make it then you should be giving customers a notice if I order a crepe cake I should not be receiving a red velvet cake this is highly unacceptable and it should be addressed immediately.

I very seldom write negative reviews because I usually believe that if I have nothing nice to say, I should just remain silent. But with this store, I have to make an exception. While the food & drinks are mediocre to quite good depending on what you order, I had the worst customer service experience ever from this place. That lady was extremely rude, disrespectful & her attitude was unbelievable. Delivery takes forever (2+ hours!) and they often don’t pick up calls. When they do, it’s that rude lady that would make you feel you wished you hadn’t called; she would scold you for no reason, make you feel as if everything was your fault and wouldn’t even give you a chance to talk lol. Had I read the other reviews earlier, I probably wouldn’t have ordered from them & never had to deal with her. I‘d give two stars for the yummy Stewed Sweet Pear Drink. Deduct three stars for the terrible customer service and long delivery.

Very very bad attitude.I called few times ahead before I head to the store to pick up my order. No one Answered.When I got there and waited for half hour and get respond like: the boss and the chef are not in the store to make the food.And say things like you don’t know English… sound like I don’t have the ability to call Uber eat or what. Then she just shut the door and lock it.And no refund because it shows the order is ready.No sorry, no food, wasted an hour on the road +waiting outside.

not very good food and high price .that is so different. when i order coconut frozen. it cost 16 dollar. but so so small and little bit coconut. i do not think that can cost 16 dollar.

The black sesame paste soup was absolutely the worst I've ever had. Tasted even worse than the powder ones I could make at home by adding hot water in it. Very watery and had no sesame taste. The coconut purple potato and sago tasted bad as well with no coconut flavor.

The lady behind the desk has very bad and the worst attitude I have seen. We asked the panda customer service to change the delivery to pickup, but when we arrived at the store, she refused to hand us the food, unless we pay again for the food in the store. We chose to call panda again and wait for the delivery guy to come hand us the food.. ridiculous..

Eh, it's ok. Mocha towel roll cake is very bitter. Coconut grass jelly is meh. At least the cream puff box was delicious and the package was pretty.

Worst taste & negative attitude…after read somePanda & Fantuan reviews, the owner always making excuses for every bad review: if package messing around, owner will blame deliver guy; if store missing some order, it often said store too busy today, always complaining and complaining customers and delivery platform…. Cannot believe biz still survived for this trash store
