Both times that I've been in here the bartender (fat white guy with scraggly beard) was visibly and belligerently drunk. Embarrassing. I'll never understand establishments that allow their employees to drink behind the bar during work hours. It's a shame because they do occasionally have good beers on tap.

Very happy with the vibe and beer selection. The Hudson Valley beers are a bit pricey, but that might be the brewery setting the prices, as I have read. But this place is a gem for the neighborhood, and there aren't many gems nor places like it. Patrons are respectful of one another, and the noise level is comfortable enough to have a conversation and enjoy the beer with a pizza pie from Philomena across the avenue.

Great craft beer bar in Sunnyside.Happened to be near a friend in Sunnyside and grabbed some drinks. Very nice extensive menu of beer with a great older gentleman of a bartender. Friendly and knowledgeable.Fridge has a good assortment of brews including header topper/focal banger for those in need.Right across from the stairs up to the 7 train as well.Definitely would come back when nearby.
