Second time ordering from sweet green but via delivery. Quality is pretty good. I wish the quinoa wasn’t cold. Everything else in my bowl was good quality. I don’t understand the negative ratings on here but to each their own I guess.

This place would have better stars if they spoke to their workers. The food is great, the employees aren’t. I decided to try this location since it’s right across from my job but unfortunately the person serving me seemed annoyed I was taking too long to choose what I wanted. Me and my husband could tell because of the way she spoke, in a tone that seemed passive aggressive. I did mention I was new to this store so obviously I wouldn’t know the food options automatically. There was no effort to tell me what they offered. I don’t know, the only reason I’ll come back is the food but it’s not a very welcoming environment

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Terrible service and attitude from the worker. There was no line but waited for so long to be served. After 5 mins, someone finally recognized me. Ordered a harvest bowl but the portions they were putting into the bowl were tiny compared to other locations. After asking politely if they can add a bit more, the worker had the decency to argue back saying that I am wrong and the portion sizes she is giving is correct. Not sure what's wrong with this store but of all the places in NYC, this is by far the worst sweetgreen. To the rude worker: if you don't want to work here and provide good service, maybe quit or look for a job that's not service oriented. Never coming here again, and if you are reading this review, you are warned, don't come to this sweet green unless you like to be cheated on with portion sizes and like to be disrespected. It amazes me how rude the staff. Feels like the roles are reversed and I have to beg the staff to serve me politely.

As sweetpass member, I order pick up few times a month but go in person most times. Pick up, every time there is an issue, portion size and quality at pick up is worse than a deli . i didn’t bother complaining for credit when I got rotten basil, had paid extra. Another time, the portion for salmon salad bowl looked half, i let that go. today, i was mad hungry so ordered in my car, picked up & opened to only to see that i got 3 tiny pieces of chicken & lumps of quinoa (imo looking old). I was annoyed , sweetsupport said they will be in touch. it’s just getting worse, get it in person for quality ! it’s too much hassle to complain about each topping, protein & portion. this wouldn’t fly in a restaurant , maybe consider hiring a restaurant manager that could explain to me how the herb chicken fell out of my bowl.

Ordered 2 harvest bowls and neither included the main - chicken. So it’s just a kale apple salad. And it was so overpriced to begin with. Don’t order here.

Didn't appreciate the passive-aggressive and micro-aggressive service after I was unable to swiftly choose an alternative item after being belatedly informed that they were out of a particular base. Definitely will think more than twice before returning.

I ordered the Miso Salmon bowl for delivery. When it arrived it was missing the featured ingredient, the salmon. Was also missing the crispy onions. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered the same thing from here in the last two months and every time it has been missing 1-2 ingredients. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. This was the last chance, never again will I order from this sweet-green!!

Even though they were open and had employees working in back - they refused to take my in person order because they “did not have enough people” and had to work on digital orders. Felt dystopian.

I have a sweet pass( sweetgreen membership) and have ordered here a lot of times) there were a lot of times it showed “order completed” but when I came it was not ready and I needed to wait for at least 10 minutes. Speaking of food, there were a few times the portion was too small. Really bad service and bad quality

It's amazing how good marketing and branding with bad food can make a place like this succeed. The chicken wasn't even cut or cooked with any flavor. I've had better salads from deli's for half the price. Unless they improve things, not worth a visit.
