This place would have better stars if they spoke to their workers. The food is great, the employees aren’t. I decided to try this location since it’s right across from my job but unfortunately the person serving me seemed annoyed I was taking too long to choose what I wanted. Me and my husband could tell because of the way she spoke, in a tone that seemed passive aggressive. As sweetpass member, I order pick up few times a month but go in person most times. Pick up, every time there is an issue, portion size and quality at pick up is worse than a deli . i didn’t bother complaining for credit when I got rotten basil, had paid extra. Another time, the portion for salmon salad bowl looked half, i let that go. today, i was mad hungry so ordered in my car, picked up & opened to only to see that i got 3 tiny pieces of chicken & lumps of quinoa (imo...read full review

Second time ordering from sweet green but via delivery. Quality is pretty good. I wish the quinoa wasn’t cold. Everything else in my bowl was good quality. I don’t understand the negative ratings on here but to each their own I guess.
