I did a BYOB. It was o-kaayyy. I did a hummus base and 6 diff toppings so maybe I needed a carb base but everything was just kinda average. Soft pita in the side was good but it was very small!

I made my own bowl with green falafel and chicken shawarma. I was really pleased by the variety of toppings and sauces, as well as the options for Israeli couscous and/or greens for the base. My chicken was very flavorful, tender, and shredded perfectly. The falafel were a good size, very crispy, and well-balanced with herbs and garlic. I had hummus, very creamy, also well-balanced and tasting so fresh. The beets were sweet and tender. I also enjoyed the tender carrots and salty...
