BUT NOT THIS ONE.THE SERVER WAS SO CONCERNED ON SMAOKING AND CHATTING IT UP WITH OTHER COWORKERS SHE MESSED UP OUR ORDER TWO TIMES.THAT IS NOTHING COMPAIRED TO THE RAT THAT RAN BEHIND THE BAR AND INTO THE TABLES.SO NASTY WE WALKED RIGHT OUT THE SERVER YELLED OMG ANOTHER ONE.SO THAT SAYS IT ALL RIGHT THERE.WE TRIED TO TALK TO THE OWNER WHO IS INCOMPETENT AND RUDE. HE DOES NOT CARE FOR ANY CUSTOMERS AT ALL NOR DOES HE KEEP HIS PLACE CLEAN. I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.YOU WONT BE AROUND FOR LONG BUDDY

Cash only while it’s kinda expensive here. Advertised drinks (frozen drinks) not even available on regular basis. Slow service. Owner attitude/responses to google reviews is the example of how to do not run business and deal with customers. People are allowed to have their opinions, especially when you are rude and unprofessional. Maybe it’s time for a self reflection why new business has so much negative feedback in such a short time, because so far your allegations about hating Latinos in neighborhood full of Spanish restaurants and people seem ridiculous. Ratchet.

GET A SECURITY GUARD! If u can’t handle the madness outside this place at night. This week I witnessed two fights outside. Always fighting. Cops come here all the time, you want to have a nice neighborhood spot that people FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD SUPPORT And LOVE not look at you like you’re Ratchet and hood. We all eat at super pollo and Acre AT LEAST once a week. Take other people’s advise on here boo, we’re all trying to tell u. Good luck and learn how to run a SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS SWEETIE. ?

As someone has lived in Ridgewood for along time I always look forward to trying new places in the area. First time coming here I enjoyed the the music and atmosphere. I ordered the Lobster Tail & Shrimp with Garlic Sauce. Wife ordered the Entrana (skirt steak). We both enjoyed our food and were satisfied. The staff were very nice and the place was clean. The 3 out 5 was for at the end when the bill came. For whatever reason they only take cash on the weekends which doesnt make sense. Since i can place order pay with a card and pick it up. They did have a little written sign on the door saying cash only which me and the wife missed so i guess thats on me. I usually dont carry much cash on me because honestly its 2021 you can pay everything now with your phone.I did not have enough to cover the whole bill i had to use there in house ATM which has high price fee of 3.99. So on top paying there fee i have to pay chase there $3 fee for using a non chase ATM. So in total i paid $7 to take $60 of my own money. And the last thing is more of a pet peeve but its very rare to see the tip included in the bill when its less then 5 people. The Tip was lower then what i was gonna give. But hey if thats how they wanna do it theres no rule against it. I would come back just have to remind myself to bring cash on the weekends.

I was excited to see that a new place had opened up in the neighborhood that seemed to have good music and vibes. Unfortunately this is the worst service I've ever experienced. The server was more concerned with smoking hookah and eating than she was serving customers. The place was completely empty yet she barely checked on us. The food and drinks were also highly overpriced. The cherry on top was the huge waterbug that crawled out from the back, which was killed by and disposed of by another customer. Take the owner's advice and stay home.

Visited for dinner with my sister and was highly dissapointed with the seafood boil/bag for two. The crab tasted like ammonia and the rest of the seafood was bland. The margaritas were good and the place is clean. The place is expensive for the area, subpar food and service.I wouldved gave this place a second chance since I live nearby and frequent many restaurants and bars in the area BUT seeing the owners unprofessional and incredibly rude responses in these reviews I will NOT be going back. I'm also pretty sure the waiter who served me is one of the people that wrote a 5 star review.

food and prices wherre good but they rounded up my channged to 14.00 and said they had no coins and i aks for coins just rude but overall good place

Take the advice of the owner (whose incisive comments are on these reviews) and STAY HOME if you don't want to be ripped off. Overpriced. Rude service.

This place was one of the worst experiences of my life in NY. The service was terrible, food over priced, and to top it off they added auto-grat. For two people. When I complained that it wasn't on the menu, they told me the manager wasn't there? I was in The Hamptons two weeks prior and the fish wasn't expensive. If I could put an honest review it would be -10.

I will want to give them a 4 to 5 star but they have some work to do. I tried their mixed ceviche was delicious ? however a little bit on the sour edge when I was finishing it off, I was getting a heartburn. When I looked at the drink menu, I had to choose the sangria since it was one drink with a fair price $11 everything else was $18 ? for a mojito? I thought it was a bigger drink but no, noticed someone had ordered it and it was a regular glass nothing special about it. When I was paying the check, no cards accepted, I was forced to use their ATM machine and the fee was $3.99 to get cash. I personally like dining out and enjoy the vibe and the service in this place. However, there is some work to be done. Looking forward to trying out their delivery service. Might go back when the drinks have a better price or happy hour. I mean I would love to have it as “the spot” but I’m not sure. There’s so many nice places all over the ridgewood/ bushwick area I’m looking to explore. I definitely will tell people about this place when the method of pay and the drink price improve. Service , food and drink was great though!?

The fake 5-star reviews are all people the owner knows (5 to 11 months ago - they weren't even open because it was still H&A party place which was supposed to be closed because of the pandemic). Supposedly just opened 6/3/21 but has been a problem since they began operating illegally. This place is dangerous - fights in and around the place every dang night. Police and fire emergencies way too often for any reputable business.

Came here with my friends the other day, vibe and music was good! hookah was amazing, food was great, I’m very picky about steaks and mashed potatoes, but I loved it here. Will definitely be coming back.
