This was my first time purchasing from Tim Horton. I’m highly disappointed. I asked for the caramel apple iced latte. The taste was horrible and it looked nothing like the picture that was promoted. I’m not sure if it was made the correct way but it didn’t taste good at all. No whip cream or caramel drizzle on top. The honey dip donut was good.*update…. Tried my luck again with this location because I had a coupon for an iced coffee….epic fail…I asked for a vanilla decaf iced coffee with cream and the taste was soo strong I couldn’t drink it and have to throw it away. The male cashier didn’t make it the way I told him and they don’t give refunds even though it’s their workers fault. Poor customer service and management. Never gain…I should’ve stuck with Dunkin like I have been for years.

As someone raised on Tim's, this place is a joke. But, the counter help doesn't follow basic cleanliness protocol, the food is stale and their is a serious lack of customer service. Oh, and the staff doesn't speak or understand English. Head to Dunkin instead. Hard pass.

Ordered online however items were not available and the store manager REFUSED to process a refund. I contacted general support and was told the store can only issue refunds. After asking, I was told he doesn’t provide refunds due to sales pressures. Poor working practices please avoid if you can.

Last time I was here the prices were a bit cheaper. Food a bit to sweet.

Parking: So this place is a gas station. It's of a highway. So there's going to be a lot of people going in and out from the parking lot for whatever reason. Parking is limited just to let you know. But I like it because you have a bit of variety of choice of what you want to eat.

Had a maple dip donut, and an oreo donut as a dessert after eating Burget King.I'd say I liked the oreo donut more since it was a familiar taste.

I absolutely love this Tim Hortons, I always end up stopping every Thursday after I get paid to bring home donuts for my family. They love them and so do I. They already taste fresh and are soft and absolutely delicious. The young woman who works there at night, I believe her name is Sadia is amazing, she's such a sweetheart and I always make sure to stop in when she's working. This is the route I take home from work. I have one by my apartment but it absolutely doesn't compare to this one, I rather go out of my way to this location not only for how good it is but also because of the service. I'm never disappointed!!!
