Worst bubble tea I have ever had!!! It is made from a powder mix. They cannot change the sweetness level or anything else since it is a premade powder. They serve it in a styrofoam coffee cup even if you are dining there. How about something more upscale like a coffee mug or glass mug? Unless they did that to be consistent with the name of their store "UGLY" - yes it was truly ugly. Wasted $7 for something that tasted terrible. Lady working at front counter on 12/23/23 didn't even speak English (only Spanish). They should hire someone who can actually communicate with customers without needing translation. This is an English speaking neighborhood.

Delicious corn dogs with very good bubble teas. I like that they have great sauce choices to put on their corn dogs.

This place has decent food but we found a hair embedded into our donut after eating half of it. I pulled it and it seemed like it was someone's long hair.Did not eat it after that. They were kind enough to give me a new one but at that point my appetite had already been lost and since I ate half of the first one before finding the hair I didn't fight them on that and just took the replacement. Also, their system is bugged and it looks like they just launch some cheap software on a Windows machine. The machine added the wrong item to my cart even though I distinctly remember ordering a different corndog. I guess I doesn't matter because I was charged correctly but the woman working the counter kept saying they never had a bug reported as if we were lying about the corndog flavor. Needless to say, I will never come back.

Their corn dog is so good and I’m so obsessed. Even the most basic one without any special toppings still taste super good!They fry after you order so you can always get a fresh one.

Despite the store name, these donuts are a great reminder of the age old lesson - it's what's on the inside the counts. The red bean filled donuts are game changing. With the cinnamon sugar, it's nice and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and most importantly, not too sweet. And there's no DAIRY. How is that even possible. Staff are super friendly. Everything is fresh and made to order, so I would suggest eating it as soon as possible. Also order online so it's ready when you get there.

Was there recently for a fundraiser event for our school. The corn dog was amazing! Worth the wait as everything is made fresh. Appreciated how the staff was able to handle how overwhelming the crowds were. You can order ahead online to save some time and pick up in store.
