Absolutely delicious dumplings. Great variety. Excellent prices. (They even have frozen dumplings to take home and cook.) Super casual- a few shared tables and people rotate through quickly.

I’ve ordered from here a handful of times and the food has consistently been delicious !
The service is also fast and very friendly :)

They have vegan options that are flavorful and well throughout.

I’ve had the veggie sesame sandwich, the tofu sesame sandwich, the veggie steamed bun, the boiled vegan beef dumplings and the fried mushroom & spinach dumplings.

I would recommend all those and if you’re an omnivore definitely try the other items ?

Food was cold, beef got me sick. Shrimp was fishy. Was given no plates or condiments or utensils when I dined in. Paid $35 for crap

Great little place, very casual with some dine-in tables. Tasty food, not greasy, seasoned perfectly, not drenched in sugary sauces etc. Ingredients taste fresh. Delicious dumplings. Good amount of vegan choices, too.

i'm in love with the vegan beef dumplings and the sesame pancake sandwiches. Great food.

They have multiple locations across the city and all of them have great dumplings. I had the pan friend pork and chive and omg they were so good. Location is super cute as well and lots of street parking. The prices are decent as well. Id highly recommend

Haven’t been to Vanessa in 10years+. I remember not liking it very much besides the price. It was nice to have something quick and cheap but not necessarily taste good. Time has changed so I decided to give it a try.

Never coming back again.

Still tastes bland. Sure everything nowadays is expensive, but they just don’t taste great for the price at all.

Small, cute place: couple tables and a stool seating bar top.

There's a self-ordering kiosk.

It wasn't quite busy but steady customers.

Food presentation is good, but not the tastiest I've had. However, the drinks are amazingand refreshing.

Parking: If you drive to the inner streets, you may get lucky and find parking. Otherwise, there's paid street parking. Be sure to keep track because you will get a ticket in NY quick time.

Menu and restaurant did not have information on the availibility of some menu items.

Dumplings were phenomenal. Anything else that involves chicken is borderline inedible chunks of chalk and dust.

Noodle soup I think was probably just straight chicken broth with maybe salt and absolute disappointment.

Our fault for thinking anything other dumplings at a dumpling store would be up to snuff but live and learn.

Table a bit dirty but the staff cleaned it once I told him, foods are good overall. Except the tea with milk which I ordered, just like drinking diluted milk.

Really good and love that they have so many vegetarian options. The pancake sandwich always tastes fresh and delicious.I haven’t been to the original location but the dumplings are way better than anything around this neighborhood, that’s facts.Bao buns and soup dumplings coming soon…can’t wait!The best part, it’s so freaking cheap!!!

Just what the neighborhood needed. The restaurant is clean bright and the food is at a very reasonable price. After placing the order the food was ready quickly it tasted great and I would seriously recommend Vanessa's for people who want healthy fast food at a better price than McDonald's or Burger King.
