So now the restaurant has 5 stars for all the criteria.Original posted a few weeks after the opening.Food was not bad, but the service was a bit disappointing. My completely finished plates were never cleared. I was waiting for 15 minutes and finally asked for a bill but the dirty plates were never cleared during the payment, even though I was the only customer in the restaurant.

My favorite brunch place in LIC. Reservations are def necessary since things can get busy on weekends! Great food in a cafe like ambiance. I've gotten taken out in the past too and things are very well packaged. My favorites: souffle pancakes, ramen, omlette rice. Staff are helpful but also laidback.

Service was nice but extremely slow. They seemed overwhelmed, writing orders on post-it’s and then walking up to the host stand to enter into the system, which is very awkward when you are waiting for a table. They forgot 1/3 of our table’s order so we did leave hungry.The soufflé pancake is incredible though. Just order a bunch of that. It does take a while though because it’s a soufflé so be prepared for a wait.

I’ve always like this place but they recently expanded their menu and the katsu don is SO good. Also their mimosas are made w fresh squeezed OK ?. Even their coffee is good.I used to just come for cocktails and ramen but now I’m excited to try out the rest of the menu!
really cute place.service was good, but our waiter sat down next to us at some point and started to eat fries. we were a little confused what to do when we wanted dessert, but i was entertained, so i’d call it a wash.food wasn’t bad. we got:- salmon ikura bowl, which was super flavorful- creme brulee pancakes. strong egg flavor, but soft.- hamburger, which was actually a meatloaf served with your choice of bread or rice on the side, but good- chocolate fondant - a mini dark chocolate lava cakeboyfriend was disappointed the hamburger wasnt a real hamburger
Vibes and service are so amazing i want to visit again even though the food was not that authentic Japanese food. Their signature cocktails were almost sold out

This is a nicely decorated, great service, great food winner. You can’t make reservations for weekend brunch which I get, and the line was not so bad when we arrived. We maybe waited 20 minutes to get a table for 3? Service was all very polite, respectful, attentive, and well paced. Food was very good and portion sizes were good.Table shares a Caesar salad which came with bacon and a runny egg (the egg was a surprise but delicious!). The salad was very well made and dressed. I got the rice omelet which was SO filling and had a large amount of rice, with bacon and peas. Someone else got the pork katsu which was delicious and would recommend as well. The pancakes sounded divine and looked great, I would go back to try them out for sure.

Went here for Brunch with my friends and we had a fantastic time. The ramen was really good, the broth was flavorful and the noodles were perfect. My favorite dish was the Salmon Sashimi app. Ughhh amazing!! Would eat it a million times more. Salmon was fresh and the Roe was perfectly salty. Highly recommend. My friends had the Matcha and Crème Brûlée pancakes. I’m not a pancake person but they enjoyed it! (Crème Brûlée pancakes don’t have the hard sugar on it, sadly missed) downside to the food is portions are a little small but enjoy! (Do not do shared plates like my friends and I hahaha) Service was pretty good and ambiance/aesthetic was beautiful from the decor to the plating.
