This is the best place I've ever gone to for ramen. The customizable choices are fantastic and the results are always amazing. I have been to dozens of ramen places and I can honestly say I'll never go anywhere else but here. Thank you so much for being nothing short of phenomenal. I ordered take out from here for the first time. It’s a tiny place with about 4-5 tables and it’s pretty no frills. You take a large bowl and you go to the fridge and grab what you want. You then choose if you want dry or wet hotpot or Mala tang. Not sure what that means. I looove dry hot pot though. The minimum for dry hot pot is 1.3 lbs. I had to go back to the fridge a few times in order to meet the minimum requirement. I asked them to only make it a little spicy, like tiny spicy, and they did it perfectly. I loved the dish they made for me when I got home. My meal also comes with one serving of white rice. My only qualm is that even though it says 15.99 a lb, I had to get 1.3 lbs which equated to about $20. So expect one dry hot pot to be a minimum of $20 which seems a bit pricey. I will come back though once I get the hang of the system. I usually do UberEats but they up charge so much that maybe $20 isn’t a lot to pay? The staff is friendly and accommodating. When leaving I saw a customer eat a HUGE broth hot pot. It looked delicious. Not sure what it was. The meal for me was like 6 servings, but I’m sure for others it counts as only 1-2 servings.

I ordered countless times here (almost once in two days for over an year) but I found something in the soup for several times (such as plastic, hair, something that I can’t really identify) and now I stopped ordering. I wish you guys care a bit more about safety. Food taste good (한국에서 먹는 마라탕이랑 똑같아요) but it’s disgusting to find so many things in the soup for so many times. It reached the point for me and I can’t eat this anymore

My first time here was great, so I ordered takeout again today. But maybe I got there near closing, my food wasn't fully cooked. They really need to watch that; a customer getting sick and calling 311 would be a huge problem for them.

I literally come here at least once a month, used to come here like once a week when I was so obsessed with dry hotpot but I can’t anymore because it’s too far.. This place is literally the best place that you can enjoy hotpot:) If you are not good at spicy like me, go for clear soup instead of putting spice for hot pot! So so good😌 you can’t eat this kind of clear soup hot pot in other places!! My hubby and I always order clear soup hot pot with tiny spicy dry pot (a little bit of spiciness for me - then we wash the spice in the clear soup if it’s too hot - that’s our recipe) plus, the owner is so nice and she genuinely cares her customers & works really hard even though the restaurant is so popular now so she doesn’t have to work like before. 진짜 맛있어용 짱🙌

The food tastes great as always, but the attitude of the girl at the front desk really needs improvement. She was very rude and didn’t even respond when I said thank you while picking up my order. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this kind of behavior from her. She kept complaining to the boy behind the counter about something, and it felt like she was dealing with personal issues—but unfortunately, she brought that negative attitude to the customer.
