The classic BEC is delicious. I don't mind some beef bacon, especially when it's done right like they do- however it might be a good idea to let customers know ahead of time (I might have missed the sign). When you see the word bacon you kind of assume it's pork, my sil doesn't eat beef so luckily I took the first bite. She enjoyed the chicken and waffle though. I only had a basic chocolate chip waffle, it was cooked to perfection. Just the right size chips, a crunchy waffle shell with a nice chewy inside. Getting hungry as I write this review.
