Usually i have a Fair Experience at this Restaurant. I ordered a Strawberry, Banana Waffle with No Chocolate Syrup. Got there to pick up my order employees conversing with each other about the Bananas and Strawberries about they were out. Now i’m a little aggravated but i have no time to complain i pressed for time for work. Get to work Ready to eat my waffle with My Ice Coffee. No Regular Syrup so im assuming i just was supposed to eat a Dry waffle. Also employee never gave me a sediment about not having the fruits. DRY waffle. Did even eat it. I did receive a Refund from Uber Eats.Vegetarian options: Vegan Sausage, Vegan Bacon

*NO restroom available when dining in* Walked in to a great aroma of breakfast food however, the establishment was empty which on a Saturday morning doesn't seem promising. Employees on their phones Steak egg and cheese had decent presentation but was basic. Not a lot of steak in my sandwich. Was eating mostly egg and cheese (photos attached to my review) Ordered an Oreo milkshake, they overmake per order it seems. After my milkshake was poured into a cup, there was still plenty in the blender. Saw another employee walk over to the blender and take the remainder. While holding the container, WAS LICKING HIS FINGERS. Standing next to a sink, DIDN'T wash his hands. Disgusting. Employees still on their phones... My partner ordered fried chicken and waffles. Chicken was steaming hot and moist, the breading which held slight seasoning, easily fell off the chicken. Waffles were soggy. Overall the relatively bland food requires any and all additional sauces to keep your palette entertained. Front Counter Employee started remaking one of their cardboard signs written with sharpee. He jokingly licked the cardboard sign and other employees laughed around him. RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. Unacceptable behavior especially in front of customers who are eating. After what I saw in this place while eating, I don't think I'll be returning. Other notes: - 2hr metered parking on Springfield Blvd side, limited. -Sauces available: BBQ, honey mustard, chipotle mayo, honey garlic, & hot (not homemade)

We came here on a recommendation. I had the Yolk Up breakfast sandwich, and it was seasoned well. Everything was good even tried the chicken n waffles.
The classic BEC is delicious. I don't mind some beef bacon, especially when it's done right like they do- however it might be a good idea to let customers know ahead of time (I might have missed the sign). When you see the word bacon you kind of assume it's pork, my sil doesn't eat beef so luckily I took the first bite. She enjoyed the chicken and waffle though. The mojito was yummy but I wouldn't call it a mojito, didn't taste any mint or anything that resembled a mojito just needs a name change. I would definitely come back for some more food.

first off I want to say i would never have wrote this review but I felt a responsibility after my experience. after eating my breakfast sandwich here I got severe food poisoning, to the point that i almost went to the ER. I saw another review that stated they got food poisoning as well. i would be very cautious eating at this establishment.

Oh this is an absolute hidden gem! We were gonna go to hot pepper but saw this new place and im so glad i did. Everything was delicious! the chicken is so juicy and seasoned good, the buttermilk waffles are so delicious (the wholewheat ones i did not like) the sanwhich we ordered was the yolk up but im honestly confused bc what we got doesnt match the description of the yolkup sanwhich but whatever sandwich we got it was so delicious! it had bacon, egg, cheese, a orange sauce, avocados and hashbrowns ! 10/10

I ordered the Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich with hash browns and avocado inside on a brioche bun to go. It tasted great, clean store and nice staff members. I'll definitely go back to try a burger next time.
