If you top up and participate in the lottery, you can choose between one month of milk tea or six cups of yogurt. Because of work, my friend and I chose a month of milk tea. The content of the activity and when applying for the card did not say that the milk tea only comes with milk tea ingredients and nothing else. , who is going to give away pure milk tea for a month in such a cold weather, a clerk said that he put the ingredients because of other employees' mistakes, really 😑 If you can't afford it, don't do it for a month, it's cheating

Their fruit grand slam is the main reason I go to this store. They don’t have that in Manhattan nor Fort Lee. But the quality has decreased drastically. They used to put real red dragon fruits in and it tasted so authentic, now they just have the red water, which tastes so bland. I really hope they bring the quality back

Had a bad experience getting my drink so watered, looked like they used more water and sugar than the real yoghurt, talked to the”manager “ a guy call Rita he didn’t help and do anything about it so they prefer to loose a customer than make a customer happy with a well make real yoghurt ?

I really like this yogurt. It’s not too sweet or sour. It’s just right. The location is convenient.

I tried their perfume and it tasted like lemon. It was really hard to drink. 9.25 There are only 2 quick lemons in it.

There is a free trial of a small cup of milk tea at the door. It tastes the same as pearl milk tea! I ordered a cup of purple rice milk on the machine. The purple rice was a little hard. My purple rice milk was ready. The waiter said "Okay"! That’s it???

I ordered a combo deal on fantuan. The order consisted of popcorn chicken and fries along with a tea of my choosing. Although the ordering instructions didn’t let me choose ice levels, the tea was filled with ice. It is not an exaggeration to say I was drinking a cup of ice. I went back to ask if there was a mistake and was told it is the regular amount due to the coupon bundle I used. I understand most boba places, but the amount of ice is absurd. There was nothing to drink. Definitely do not recommend.

I ordered brown sugar bubble milk tea, and what I was given was bubble milk tea. It’s not that I care about the difference in payment.

I got the original yogurt with purple rice for 6.99 yesterday and decide to go again on Sunday ; guess what happened ,

1st thing they covered up or removed the original option with 7.25 price option with oats with yogurt as the 1st default price option; so I just asked the cashier tall girl what happened , ofc she is like not able to address it ;

Now here is what makes me really angry and want to write this down in detail so ya future customers or potential biz partner need to think twice before buy stuff or join their chain.

When she charged me the option, she asked me to join 40 dollar plan and I said I am here for short stay so Nono ; then she charged 7.75 for so called purple rice oats instead of 7.25 option of what I have asked initially ; in summary by doing all these tricks she has over charged me from 6.99 to 7.75 !

How shameless and deceitful she has done this in front of a customer who had good eco with the drink but now completely have angry feeling about them ; i am document all this to show that how they are able to do this and you should be aware how they could max profit in the ingredient where we could not see ! 在客户面前可以如此肆无忌惮 你可知道在你看不见的地方她们怎么调配饮料吗 我是不敢想象！
