Really yummy Chinese Sichuan food and so fun to have amazing food at such good price point and fresh! Fish was so good, eggplant, tofu, and lamb and chicken skewers!
We were a group of 13 who walked in at 930pm on a Friday and were readily seated and served! Food served very quickly, very efficient to order through phone. The unique drinks were so good too, yay Scream and Peach something. Great local find ~~ really good for vegetarians too!

The lamb soup is great, very flavorful and savory, great way to start the meal. As for the oyster, although it is $8 per, the oyster 🦪 is huge! Very garlicky, love it!!! The cabbage is quite refreshing, would recommend as well. As for the vermicelli and the mushroom, it is a tad bit on the salty side. Vermicelli is very garlicky as well, if only they lessen the salt, I would rate it 5 stars. All the skewers are great! Would definitely come back for the skewers. And the fish, it is definitely spicy and numbing, be careful of the Szechuan peppercorns. But even though it’s spicy, still great flavor and the fish is very tender.

I'm surprised by the amount of bad comments and non-positive reviews 🥺 I wanted to eat skewers so much this days and I really liked it! The taste is really similar to the cart skewer I've eaten at Grand Street (It's one of the best I've ever eaten) The atmosphere is a bit tight but I loved the modality of ordering through a QR code without having to contact the waiter again and again (only when you need to order a drink). The prices are affordable compared to the portions of the food, it's really worth it!! 👍 I hope to come back another day :)

Disappointed experience I won’t be returning.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was beyond poor—our server was inattentive and despite asking multiple times, they never even brought a simple cup of water. The food was just as bad. The flavors were bland, like they didn’t bother seasoning anything. The meat tasted old and was so tough it got stuck in my teeth. As for the fish, it was severely overcooked, dry, and practically inedible. Additionally, the server gave us the wrong bill, and when we pointed out the mistake, they acted confused and took forever to “fix” it. Even worse, they won’t let us leave because of their own miscalculation. Overall, complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place unless you want to deal with rude service and billing issues. Never coming back!

Argued with the owner for 15 minutes regarding a refund for a dish that said “Fatty beef spicy hotpot” after receiving the dish without fatty beef.
The owner had no conflict resolution skills and just kept repeating that I ordered the wrong dish.
I had to send her 3 different pictures as proof and even then, with no apologies, stated that words don’t matter. I should only look at pictures next time. 🤣
You really can’t instill reason against owners that are unreasonable. Do not give this establishment your business.

I recently visited 有局儿 in Flushing, and overall, my experience was mixed. The food was mediocre—not bad, but definitely left room for improvement. The rice, in particular, seemed a bit off, tasting old and somewhat stale, which was disappointing. It really affected the quality of the meal.
The atmosphere is a bit loud, so if you’re looking for a spot to have a conversation, this might not be the best choice. It feels more like a place to grab a quick bite rather than linger over a meal with friends. While the food was okay, there’s definitely potential for improvement in both the freshness and overall quality.
If there were 0️⃣ stars, I would give it a 0. The food tasted very salty. When I checked out, I paid 20% before tax. The waitress didn’t think it was enough and asked us to tip the tax part as well. What the hell is it that tastes bad and lacks service? I also ask for tips to avoid lightning.

I ordered rice and gave it to me overnight. If you don’t have fresh rice, don’t sell it! !

What do you mean you can't accept pennies as a form of payment? The service they provide is disappointing.
I was about to pay with a few pennies for an order to fill up the 40 cents and they told me to not bring them next time. I mean, you don't know how to count?
They were rude too. If it is too difficult to count, then you better learn because I am bringing more pennies next time?

The duck head in the dry pot was salty, the leek and egg dumplings were not cooked, and there were cockroaches ? crawling on the table. It was the worst experience.

This is my first time here, but it will definitely be my last time. The hygiene of this store is very poor. I saw cockroaches on the floor when I was about to finish the barbecue. Is the food fresh? I drank about a bottle of beer that day. After drinking some skewers, I went back to lie down for a while. When I got up, I found that my throat could no longer speak. It was inflamed and my whole body was sore. My friend was also sore. What was going on? I watched her do side work without wearing gloves. She found money and touched other things and then continued to do it. It was so disgusting. I watched her make enoki mushroom skewers bancon, and those tofu skin skewers and stuff like that, haha. Y'all, tell me if the food is too fresh or if I'm being too pretentious! So angry? I hope that in two days, my throat and body pain will get better. I hope my boss can explain it clearly.

The taste of the food and the dining atmosphere make you instantly transported back to China as soon as you enter. The room for improvement in hygiene is very high.
The seafood caught by hand is not fresh at all, and the flowers are smelly. , the beef skewers had no taste. The waiter has a bad attitude.
