Moved to area and have ordered here about 5 times. Very very good pizza. Service needs some help..all 5 times there have been issues when cashing out. Either over charge or under charged me. Yesterday when ordering the girl on the phone kept yawning, then when I picked up there was a couple in front of me and the cashier kept yawning in their face (without covering her mouth!) I'm sure it was the same girl from the phone. Definite training needed with staff.

When delivering, they were late multiple times. I had to cancel the order on the last one (25 mins late and the food was still at the restaurant). The manager took it upon himself to get on the phone and act very rude. Lost our business

I have been enjoying amore pizza for about 17 years now and order from them regularly, but I am afraid something has changed. The last three times we ordered pizza from amore everyone had had an upset stomach after. We were hoping it was just a coincidence, so we gave them another chance. I'm not sure what was different, but it is not the same pizza.

Awesome Slices. Perfect crust sauce cheese ratio. What a pleasant find as I was doing something in Queensbury.
The food was excellent and fairly priced. Clearly I needed to tip the cashier on a carryout order for minimal service. If a customer walks back into the store the last thing that should happen is the cashier looks at them then turns around and walks off leaving the cook to notice the customer and handle the customer service and provide forks for salads.

Oh my goodness. My calzone was the best I’ve ever had. The crust was so thin and crispy. Almost translucent. I could eat them every day.
