I placed an order for two pretzels. The woman behind the counter proceeded to grab them both with her bare hands, then placed them in paper sleeves. When I asked for a bag she reached her hand into the bag to open it then handed it to me. I contacted customer support who informed me that the employee should (as one would expect) be wearing gloves when handling food. I left the pretzels at the counter and submitted a request for a refund. The manager then emailed me back to tell me they do not issue refunds. Absolutely abominable food handling and customer service. I will be contacting corporate again.

It is a pop up restaurant with lots of hot pretzel variations that include originals, bites, and pretzels with hot dogs in them. The food is amazing and the staff are normal.

Love this place.. Always a stop when going to the mall. Someone should fix the A/C for the employees, though. I walked up and it was really warm. Joking around, I mentioned something. I was told it was broken. I just feel so bad for these workers still running around busting their butts and in 90 something degrees!!! You guys are doing a great job, and thank you very much.

The employees seemed very irritated I wanted a pretzel not bites took her 11 mins to even make them cause she kept looking back at me all angry. You could use some cheerful employees everytime I go im greeted by Oscar the grouch No name tag but its Sept 20th at 1:45 pm

The girl working made it seem like it was a problem I wanted unsalted pretzel bites because it would take 7 minutes if I really wanted to wait then made it an issue I wanted a smaller size of cinnamon bites because that would also take 7 minutes. Not happy with my visit at all. And no name tag so I can’t tel you her name.
