Horrible people and staff. They lie. They have no respect for law enforcement and don't include correction officers as part of law enforcement. Lied and blamed corporate. Corporate said its the individual stores choice.
You cannot call Chipotle as no one answers the phone - mechanical voice tells you that everyone is busy in the store. In fact no customers were in the store when I called from the parking lot. I went in and the staff had no idea if the meat contained MSG. So I just ordered corn chips and guacamole. The corn chips were stale -- meaning they were hard but not crisp. It reminded me that I went there a few years ago and had the same experience and decided to not return, but I forgot. And what you see in the store is NOT like the cooking represented on Chipotle TV commericais -- no one is frying beef and slicing it into hunks -- it is not as they represent it on their menu board either -- it's just little thinly sliced strips of beef dumped into a warming pan which are ladled out with an ice cream scoop. Yuck. If I could give 0 stars I would but there isn't such an option.

Came here on 8/25 Friday at 6pm after multi day hikes, extremely hungry and tired. Ordered a bowl with 2 portions of meat, I specifically ask them if this is counted as 2 bowls. They replied no. But I was charged $19.I was surprised and too tired to argue. Went back to my car, realized there’s no utensil, no napkin. I was forced to drag my tired body and dig through my baggage to find utensil.I’m writing this review as I’m eating, that’s how pissed I am.
