I stopped in to get a couple of cups of coffee on my way to my grandsons baseball game. The girl who took my order was great but the manager shamed her in front of me for going to the bathroom before getting me my order. The manager told me it was unacceptable that she didn’t make my order before going to the bathroom and I told her I was ok with her going and that I understand and she responded with the customer always comes first. She spoke down to the employee in front of me and proceeded to yell at another employee before I left for toasting something that wasn’t supposed to be. I feel sorry for those employees if that is how she treats them on a regular basis.

I waited 30 minutes while watching them talk to each other before asking one about my order. They grabbed the two empty cups off the table and proceeded to make 1 coffee before handing it to me with the lid half on. For context I had a very short window to get to my school and they decided to stop making my order forcing me to leave behind the rest of my order.

Older Heavy set lady that’s always working on the morning constantly gives attitude and today when I went there in the morning she made me wait for ten minutes then went to take more order and said she couldn’t cause it was more than one thing and that there was a line inside there was no line inside at all

I wanted to order just coffee over the counter and they refused to serve me. They told me to go to the drive-thru window and place an order there. This is the worst service I've ever encountered. Why then do you need a screen and a stand inside the hall if you refuse service and send it to the car window??? Close this stand!
