Terrible service I stood at the cash register for 5 minutes while three employees stood off to the side goofing off and having a conversation totally ignoring me standing at the cash register waiting to order needles to say I ordered less than I planned on

We visit this Dunkin almost once a day. Usually in the afternoon or evening. Our drinks and food are consistent, unlike our experience at exit 18 Dunkin. The services is polite and timely.

By far the worst place I’ve been too. If I was a manager there or an owner I’d be embarrassed. Employees talking poorly about each other right in front of customers without a care. Treating customers like cattle. Standing around and watching one person do all the work while they stand and talk smack about people.

Consistently one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Not only does the staff not care enough to get your order straight but the workers have terrible attitudes. I can’t imagine that corporate leaders are ok with the way things here are ran if they are even aware of what goes on here.

I used to go to this one all the time I don’t know what happened in the past couple months but all you see now is young people working in there who have no clue what they’re doing. They’ve messed up my wife’s and a good chunk of my friend groups coffee. Tell those people to put there phones down or leave get better workers this is ridiculous.

The food is usually great. I like the sourdough breakfast sandwiches, except sometimes the bread is very misaligned. Today, I was given the wrong bag in the drive thru, and I was told that I’d be provided a free sandwich the next time I came by. When I came back today, the lady at the counter was acted very reluctant to give me the sandwich. She was also very uncomfortably loud, swore a fair bit, and spoke very aggressively to the other employees there. However, this was a one-time incident. Usually the service and atmosphere are alright.

theres this girl that is at the window whenever i come before work (around 6:30am) and she is the sweetest and I always know my day is gonna be a good one when she is the one handing me my food. I dont know her name, but she is so nice and deserves everything good

I stopped in to get a couple of cups of coffee on my way to my grandsons baseball game. The girl who took my order was great but the manager shamed her in front of me for going to the bathroom before getting me my order. The manager told me it was unacceptable that she didn’t make my order before going to the bathroom and I told her I was ok with her going and that I understand and she responded with the customer always comes first. She spoke down to the employee in front of me and proceeded to yell at another employee before I left for toasting something that wasn’t supposed to be. I feel sorry for those employees if that is how she treats them on a regular basis.
