I was in early this morning to pick up a mobile order and the app had a malfunction notifying me 11 mins before my arrival. I called to troubleshoot the order and they immediately got to work on the order. It was a large order and it was ready by the time I arrived. This level of customer service is hard to find and greatly appreciated!
We rode a long way to have a coffee here. Wish we had Dunkin in Canada. We should! The service was excellent, young lady serving us was charming and helpful. Great coffee and donuts!! Thank you!
I'm local to Glens Falls and this, of the few Dunkin's around, is the best one. Albeit slow *sometimes*, they're friendly and pleasant. World's better than the Warrensburg location and more personable than the other locations in the area.
