There was an incessant beeping coming from the kitchen the entire time we were there. It was extremely annoying and the waitress said it couldnât be stopped. Itâs a small thing that over the course of a half hour became increasingly annoying and frustrating. We came for a celebratory ice cream dessert and got headaches instead. My ice cream didnât come with the cookie crumbles as the menu indicated. This restaurant needs to be put out of its misery.

I took my child for his birthday. Our waitress, Lindsay, was great. She was very friendly. Unfortunately the booth kiddy corner to ours was a couple who after paying their bill either feel asleep or was extremely high. I unfortunately had to see this during my entire meal. When I pointed it out to our waitress she said she had not noticed. I told her the other waitress had. They continued to allow them to stay in the booth in that state. Sad that a family friendly restaurant would allow such site.

Kid-friendliness: there is a bunch of kid friendly options on the menu and vending machines and gumball machines all over so it makes it enjoyable for you kids and you.
Wheelchair accessibility: there are no stairs and itâs a pretty flat ground there are also multiple tables that you can sit with a wheelchair at.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Friendly's. The service was abysmalâthe server was painfully slow and seemed completely uninterested in our needs. She wouldnât even let us finish saying ânoâ before walking away after asking if we needed anything else. It was clear she didnât care about providing good service.
To make matters worse, we were seated right by the door to the open kitchen, where I had a full view of my BLT sitting under the heat lamp for ten minutes. I made eye contact with the server at least twice while it was sitting there, but she completely ignored it. By the time I finally got it, the tomato and lettuce were warm and soggy, and the fries were stale and gross.
The kitchen staff were loudly chatting about inappropriate topics that the entire restaurant could hear. It was unprofessional and made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. As if that wasnât bad enough, my companionâs burger was burnt to a crispâblackened and barely edible.
All in all, this was one of the worst dining experiences Iâve had. Between the awful service, unappetizing food, and lack of professionalism, I would never recommend this location to anyone. Absolutely terrible.

Friendlyâs is my favorite place on earth because of nostalgia, and so when we moved up here I was so excited to live near one again.
Reeseâs Peanut Butter Cup Friend-Zs are my favorite ice cream treat anywhere. Theyâre so incredibly delicious. This location fills up Friend-Zs like 60-70% of the height of the already small cup. I genuinely just donât even come here because of how annoying it was the times I got it. Itâs so sad and so silly and I donât know why they canât give the full cup amount like every other Friendlys Iâve gone to my whole life does
