“We had some issues with the lids for hot drinks not opening and I went in after my take out order and asked a nice young lady who was cleaning if we could get new ones. She happily went and got some for me plus extras just in case it happens again. Then I went back in because one of the hot chocolates we ordered was only hot milk with no chocolate. She quickly stopped what she was doing and got me a new one with no attitude and just plain kindness. Her name is Becca and I want to give her a shout-out because if every employee was like this the world would be a better place. Thank you for your hard work Becca!!“

“Very well run. Unfortunately they seem to allow dogs that arent service animals. Dumb dog owner comes in with two kids and a dog. Dog was unruly. What would have happened if the dog pooped on the floor? Would the dumb owner clean it up? Time to enforce no dog except service policy.“
